I required replacement printer cartridges for my printer. When checking available suppliers I found that Staples pricing was not only the most competative but their ordering process was really easy. Furthermore, delivery took place within just a few days which I was really happy about as I had noted that other suppliers could take up to a month for delivery.

Easy to use website that moves quickly, straightforward ordering and payment process and delivery was very quick and they followed instructions. I'll have no hesitation in uing from them again.

Still waiting for paper ordered nearly a fortnight ago.
New update, now delayed a further month, yep another month, and not guaranteed. New date stock expected 13th July with a rider, this may not be achieved and it takes three days to accept stock
To accept orders for product they don't have (was showing in stock at time of order), and have no idea when they will have it, is malpractice at its worse. Someone needs to do something about this sort of poor practise. Quoting delayed dates and then delaying them by another month with no guarantee whilst keeping hold of customers money is simply unacceptable and a 'sorry' simply doesn't cut it.
Having read the other one star reviews it would appear Staples UK struggle with stock control allowing orders to be placed for product they simply don't have and to make matters worse they are happy to sit behind delay being someone else's fault, but hey they are sorry for the delay!

The first fan that was delivered was broken and I rang up and was asked to video the fan which I did and I received my replacement within 2 days
