Width problem
I cannot fault customer service. After my review about my phone call to them prior to purchasing and being told wrong dims for steps as when they arrived were far too small. They came back to me and apologised.
They sorted out everything for me and refunded my money.

Still waiting for my order to be fulfilled 2 weeks later
I ordered and paid for 5 boxes of water. A week later i still had to chase up the order. Now some 2 weeks later i have only had 3 boxes delivered and theres no emails to update me, no contact. And when dpd delivered those 3 dpd never texted me to say they were coming to deliver. Its been a disappointing mess. Update now 9 of june I have at last had my order fulfilled that was ordered two weeks ago and supposed to be with me the next day. The chocolates , the free gift I was promised never arrived.
I used staples in the long past for many office supply orders when i needed to and they were brilliant but not things have been very unreliable. Maybe you should stick to the caliber of staff you used to employ instead of the type you have now.

Ordered 5 packs of paper for next day…
Ordered 5 packs of paper for next day delivery. Had to ring chasing it due to it not coming 2 days later. Rang up to be told the order had “failed” despite them taking my money. Won’t be using again - unreliable.

Ordering great. Courier delivery not so great
Ordered stationery. Very efficient and easy ordering. Came within 24 hours. However, whichever company delivered it, left it unattended in an unmanned reception area without even the courtesy to buzz the intercom and say it was here.

Package open and wet
You delivered speedily. First time with R Mail. No issues. This time with a person that I can't mention who handed my the package which was partly open and wet. It wasn't raining at the time. He gave no answer as to how it appeared like that. Thankfully, under the bubble wrap, the plastic was intact. Please make sure they delivery safely. I get too many items from these same unnamables left on the yard.

Delivery driver unhelpful
Driver moaned about the slope - sorry we live in Devon and have slopes. Dumped the pallet away from my door and when asked if he could just pop it inside the door said no not allowed kerbside only. Said he could put it a bit nearer. bearing in mind he had something that could lift it with the wheels he had. It would not have hurt him to just pop it inside the front door he didn't have to enter the property. He just dumped it right behind my car so I had to struggle on my own to move it. Not impressed.

I ordered the print paper which had a long delivery date on it only to find that this date has been delayed even further and I don’t have any paper yet.
I’ve just run out of printer paper and no delivery yet from Staples, not good service
