Stopped trying to order quality mineral water in glass bottles from you.
WHY?
Price increased "every single time" & there were various serious discrepancies in whatever the actual "True" price was at any given time. If buying the same brand Online there was often over £5-£7 extra or less than a case of the exact sized bottles. Fair enough maybe - all companies charge whatever + or - they want to.
However also via Staples it was more often Out of Stock & still not available when their expected delivery date was listed. Even me, ordering well in advance of running out - still ran out of the quality water I wanted for health/medical reasons. I've switched to an awesome local better quality water supplier on subscription now, who delivers & places "inside" safe place **as required & requested** sadly many of your delivery drivers said "they're not allowed"??? Being I'm also registered disabled & wrestling with very heavy crates of water left for all to see & access outside in all weather's. Just NOT good enough. Thanks but NO thanks Staples. 😰😤

Absolutely appalling experience with Staples and Brother. We paid nearly £80 for a genuine Brother toner cartridge advertised to deliver 3,000 copies — it barely managed around 300 before completely failing after just 4 weeks.
When contacting Staples, we were basically told “not our problem” because the fault happened outside their arbitrary 14-day window. So customers are expected to spend £80 on a product that dies after a month and then get ignored?
Terrible product quality, even worse customer service, and zero accountability from either Staples or Brother. This feels like a complete waste of money. Be very careful before buying printer cartridges from Staples or choosing Brother products at all.

I have never used Staples before but believed they were a trustworthy & honest company based on their reputation.
I am therefore very disappointed and upset to discover Staples are disrespectful toward disabled people; ignorant to the needs of disabled customers and sadly, discriminatory!
I bought an item from Staples that was delivered damaged to my home address. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 I am entitled to a full refund. I contacted Staples and provided photographic evidence of the damage.
I explained that, due to my disabilities, it was not possible for me to take this bulky parcel to a parcel shop, so Staples would need to arrange a collection, (it was delivered to my home damaged - so not as described, not of satisfactory quality and not fit for purpose - a breach of contract - and simply needs to be collected). I gave a suitable date for collection but Staples IGNORED this and failed to arrange one.
To make matters worse, I had made absolutely CLEAR that the ONLY ACCEPTABLE solution was one that resulted in a full refund, (which is my entitlement in law under the CRA 2015).
The exact words I used were; "For the avoidance of doubt or wasted time, only a resolution that results in a full refund will be acceptable." which I am certain reasonable people would agree is clear, simple and easy to understand!
HOWEVER, some idiot at Staples was either too stupid to understand this SIMPLE & CLEAR minimum expectation, (which is not credible as I doubt they would employ someone obviously lacking basic intelligence in the role of responding to complaints & disputes), or more likely, the person CHOSE to IGNORE the needs and wishes of a disabled person and instead, decided they would try to bully me into accepting a partial refund for half the price I paid!
This ignorant bullying of a disabled person is, in my opinion, a case of unlawful DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION by Staples which has directly caused damage to my health & wellbeing through UNNECESSARY* anxiety, distress, wasted time, extra effort, worry, stress & frustration - all of which are things I am supposed to be avoiding due to cancer & mental health disabilities!
*UNNECESARY, because I had made VERY CLEAR, (beyond reasonable doubt), that ONLY a full refund would be acceptable. But some discriminatory bully at Staples DECIDED to TRAMPLE ALL OVER the clear wishes and needs of a disabled person and tried to BULLY ME!
WHY? - I can see no other reason than to save Staples a few quid, (half the price I paid - £14.34 - and the cost of return - which I estimate at £5-£6 but as a large company they probably get cheaper rates, so likely less). A TINY amount compared to Staples turnover I am certain - but around 10% of my food budget for the month as a disabled person a low income!
I should not need to tell Staples their legal obligations NOT TO DISCRIMINATE against disabled people under the Equality Act 2010, but Based on the facts, it appears I do!
Staples has a legal duty to make 'reasonable adjustments' to avoid disabled people being put at substantial disadvantage - that duty is ANTICIPATORY.
It was foreseeable that failing to make the reasonable adjustment of offering a FULL REFUND solution (which I am legally entitled to under the circumstance) would put some disabled people at a substantial disadvantage and be HARMUL to their health & wellbeing, (for instance to people with some mental health disabilities & ones with cancer - where stress is a known risk factor and to be avoided). Therefore, by IGNORING my clearly expressed wishes and CHOOSING to try to bully me into accepting something they KNEW was not acceptable, was discriminatory by failing to make a simple reasonable adjustment!
Also, expecting a disabled person, (who, due to disabilities is virtually housebound most of the time and can barely walk down the stairs some days - and is in a lot of pain when I can manage it), to carry a bulky parcel to a parcel shop OBVIOUSLY puts me at a substantial disadvantage compared to a non-disabled person, so it is a simple, but essential REASONABLE adjustment to arrange for collection of the BULKY faulty item from the delivery address. But again Staples has FAILED to make that reasonable adjustment!
So, I have expressed my concerns to Staples and await their response. They ignored the first date I requested the collection for, and have been provided a second one. If they fail to arrange a collection this time, I will have NO CHOICE other than to contact my Bank to request a CHARGEBACK to recover MY MONEY from Staples, which they are reluctant to give back - that will ADD EXTRA COSTS to their business in Chargeback processing fees, which I believe will be GREATER THAN the amount of the refund they owe me, more than doubling their eventual costs! - Seems a CRAZY way to run a business & DISCRIMINATORY!!!
