I made my first order on January 2nd, 2024. I emailed Starrymart to enquire about despatch times (as I am a new customer). I received a polite email response within hours, and my order was with me today, January 5th, 2024. Everything was in my order, and all tasted delicious! I recommend Starrymart. I love everything that Starry Mart
I love everything that Starry Mart has to offer. Their online shopping is very easy to navigate. Orders were delivered in a very well packed box, with a little free gift that my daughter appreciate, quickly & smoothly. The variety of products are pretty extensive & at a fair price too. I will be ordering from them again soon & would certainly reccomend their service.

Very fast delivery
Very fast delivery, all items were there. Free delivery with the amount we ordered. Didn't order anything fresh so can't speak for those items.
Very short expiry dates-in days!
Made a couple of orders from this company, and realized that most products, e.g. jar food, dry food, are all expiring in a few days just after receiving them. Contacted the customer survice, and I was told that some products were reduced and have the short expiry dates shown online, however I was actually looking for the information when I placed the order but couldn't find it. I'd assume even they reduced due to short expiry dates, they still should have at least a month, not a few days! One product I ordered was Mochi, although it's still within the sell by date, it tasted very dry and hard. It's rediculors to sell food products like this!
An excellent online store with a wide selection of Asian products
We order a lot of Korean-related products (noodles, chilli oil etc.). Over the past few months, we have been trying different suppliers and came across Starrymart. Though we ordered directly from the company, it gave us some comfort that they are a seller on Amazon and have an excellent rating. The website is easy to use, and Starrymart has one of the best selections of Asian products I have found to date. Overall, the prices are excellent, and some were cheaper, others a little more expensive; however, they were generally good value. The delivery charge was okay (£3.99) or free if you order over £55. I ordered by midday and received all of my products by the next day. Everything was well packaged and in good order. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will use them again in the future.
Very Quick Delivery
Well presented and packaged with care and attention. The Tokyo Bread I ordered arrived within 48 hrs and were as fresh as if I'd bought them from a local baker.
Wonderful experience. And I will be a returning customer in the near future.

What a wonderful Customer Service this company has. First of all to thank the fantastic lady on Sunday at Hyper Japan, that went through products with me and my husband and explained what every item was! We did buy a lot, cant wait for next year hopefully with even more stock and snacks!
We then bought some Plum wine the small glass cans, the lady said "You will be back, its fantastic" After drinking the wine on the way home on the train, I then had to use there website to order 3 Huge bottles because she was right!... The tastiest wine I have EVER had!!!!
Unfortunately it was out of stock ( Prob all of us from Hyper Japan lol) however after a message to them on Instagram, they told me the very next day it was available via direct message! Amazing and exceptional customer service!!
After placing my order, I was expecting 3 - 5 days for £95.00 order to come...Came next day Via amazon Shipping. I CANNOT FAULT THIS COMPANY. Incredible!!! :) I am now a huge fan of this company and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you!
Missing items again
I ordered nearly £40 of items, the box came damaged with a large split and several items were missing so i refused delivery and starry mart sent a replacement, however this time there was a missing item because it was out of stock. Disappointed and annoyed, this isn’t the first or second time where i’ve received a parcel with missing items because they were ‘out of stock’, i will probably go elsewhere in future since starrymart are no longer the only asian online store that stocks the stuff i like.
Poor delivery options
Ordered items on a Wednesday so try a selected delivery date of Thursday on the website. These items were for an event I was hosting on Saturday. Contacted them on Friday after the items didn’t arrive to be told that as there were cold items, they only dispatch them on Wednesdays and the cut off time for ordering is Mondays and so I’d have to wait till the following Wednesday before dispatch. Really frustrating. Not clear, with todays expectations around deliveries, I’m expecting next day or near to it from all sites I use, as such. I won’t use starry mart again, which is a shame as they’re one of only two companies I can find that stock strong zero, and I’d have rather used starry mart over Japan centre any day. Now, sadly, I have to use them due to more convenient delivery options.

I have bought 5 orders from Starrymart…
I have bought 5 orders from Starrymart and will continue to order. They have Buldak noodles at the most affordable prices. Their sweets and biscuits are delicious. I have not had anything that wasn't perfectly delivered quickly to my door. Any short dated items are brought to your attention before ordering but nothing lasts long in my house!! I love you guys!!
fine until there are problems ....
I've used Starry Mart twice, the first time was fine and everything arrived on time and as advertised (albeit the short date issue others have noted).
Unfortunately, the most recent experience with them hasn't been great - they decided to use Royal Mail as their courier during the strikes .... the first order didn't turn up for a couple of weeks and they eventually (after numerous emails and two week delay) sent a replacement order.
They didn't have some of the items in stock (the refund they've promised for those items still hasn't appeared and it looks like a bank chargeback might be required). A week later the original order appeared ... and trying to get an answer from them about what to do with it has become a bad joke - at first them wanting me to buy it at a 20% discount, and then not bothering to reply for 18 days and needing prompted. And now Starry Mart being too cheap to even pay for a courier collection and wanting me to take it to some random store 5 miles away to save them £1 with Evri!!
I hate to think how many of the products will be out of date now too given the box has been bouncing about since the end of November 2022, and i've still got the box sitting to go back. I've never had these sorts of issues with a company before - emails just being ignored and then effectively having to argue to avoid spending time delivering their box to the courier to save them a pound (all whilst they can't be bothered refunding the missing items either).
I'm not sure if i will use them again as they expect the customer to wait forever on shipping (when they choose to use a courier suffering industrial action) and then expect the customer to resolve what is their logistical issues - and what sort of company wouldn't just pay Evri/Hermes an additional £1 for the collection option in any case
Great customer service
I placed an order at 2AM for an item which I had mistaken for something else. I followed up with an email apologising for the error and asking to cancel the order. By 7AM it was cancelled no questions asked and the order fully refunded. You can't ask for better service and I'll definitely be coming back to this store in the future.

We used to live in Asia. This is my sons absolute favourite online store for all the Asian goodies when hes homesick. We mever had a problem ordering from them and delivery is fast.

Best and cheapest Asian and Japanese food I can find on the internet not only that they gave me freebies which I love discount code doesn't work though which is a shame not enough to knock a star off anyway because the delivery was fast and i got freebies so can't complain
