This website is a complete scam. They overcharge you for a simple LLC that you can purchase on the government website. They make their website look just like the government one to trick you.

I was disappointed with the customer support I received from Henry at State Filings. When I emailed questions, he repeatedly sent the same response without addressing my specific concerns. This left me feeling unheard and frustrated.

My experience gave me the impression that receiving helpful support depended on paying for additional services. Customers should receive clear answers and professional assistance regardless of whether they purchase extras. I would have appreciated more attentive communication and a genuine effort to resolve my questions.

I was late paying a fee as notices ended up in my junk mail. When I found it the payment did not go through several times in a row. Frustrating. My account manager - Remy - was patient and supportive during the days it took me to finally pay my fees. I would have done it anyway, but the manner of the service made the whole experience satisfying. Thanks Remy!
