I was late paying a fee as notices ended up in my junk mail. When I found it the payment did not go through several times in a row. Frustrating. My account manager - Remy - was patient and supportive during the days it took me to finally pay my fees. I would have done it anyway, but the manner of the service made the whole experience satisfying. Thanks Remy!

I made a mistake that cost me double what I was expecting, after receiving the receipt. I spoke with Casey, and she explained a difficult message to me professionally, with empathy and kindness. I wish the result was different, but it’s a learning lesson. Casey was excellent though.

My account manager, Natalie, is really great! I'm very impressed by her promptness, knowledge, friendliness, and overall level of service. I love that she's always answered the phone whenever I've called. No "call waiting" or being passed around between departments.

I was so upset at the beginning of my call with Nicole, but she quickly calmed me down and explained clearly what the charges on my credit card were for. When I told her that it was a mistake, possibly on my part, she helped to refund the unwanted services. She was so patient with me, a novis online user. This company is very sneaky and shading when it comes to ordering their services. They automatically attach services that you do not order and charge for them and make everything reoccurring without letting you know.

On the positive side, they performed a service quickly and their website is very user friendly once you have services in place. The service representative was very good with the exception of the billing error.

I no longer have an LLC open, but State Filings made the process smooth when I did have one in operation. I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Ashley S. for assisting me!

I thought I was on a government website. Then they upcharge you like crazy and have hidden fees. After seeing the upcharge, I immediately realized I don't want to even work with these guys anymore. I think I just wasted $150 bucks, which really sucks.

Being honest site is a bit tricky, however with the help of Mrs. Taffeta, I was able to get everything done correctly and in a decent time frame. It was a bit more expensive than doing it my self, but hey to not have to deal with all the paperwork my self, well worth it. And very knowledgeable staff. One hundred percent would recommend.

Taffeta was very helpful and extremely understanding with helping me set up my LLC. I would personally recommend her to assist anyone I know looking to move forward with starting their own business. Thank you again for all the help Taffeta.
