The online travel insurance quotation process was very simple, straightforward and quick. Information about what the policy covered was Iisted in simple, clear language. I thought prices quoted were very reasonable. Similarly the online payment process was also straightforward and quick. Very easy process.

Great travel insurance
Quit and easy policy sign up. The only time I had to make a claim, Stella processed it incredibly fast and efficiently.

Could not have my question answered as could not wait on the phone during work hours .
Could not edit my quote online. Eg remove car hire from my policy .

I had an extremely bad experience
I had an extremely bad experience, it took close to 10 months to finally get a minor no fault repair carried out. I had to make contact with Stella more than 20 times and got no help. The communication was extremely poor, there was no help, a very disappointing experience.

The worst customer service experience
I was researching insurance for my business and tried contacting this organisation five times, made two appointments that weren't met, and spoke to an online assistant twice (Angela), only to be told that there is only one person I can talk to about this, 'as I well know.' The customer service here is so poor and rude. So disappointing because it seems like a great organisation.

Cancellation of policy
Apart from not being able to cancel policy online, the staff member was friendly and very helpful.
Cancelation was quick and easy, even asked if there was another vehicle I would like to change it to at the time

Fantastic claims consultant
My claims consultant Vivian was just lovely in a very stressful time . It was my first claim and had no idea what o was doing . She walked me through the process and kept contact regularly via email. The process was quick once the assessment was complete .
Needless to say I am re insured with Stella .
