Please research other companies…
Please research other companies particularly if you are vulnerable-with your health - the process took 5 months instead of the promised 3 weeks - stellar energy have apologised and blamed staff change, however i wish i had known it would take so long i would have chosen a different provider- the work when finally complete is of good quality - stellar energy have asked me to consider more than 2 stars below - sorry stellar but i used 5 days annual leave waiting for intallers that never turned up when head office said they would - and had to live in a dusty house and bedroom waiting weeks for work to be done - it was left unsafe for my disabled hubby too so i think 2 stars are justified-

Appreciate your feedback. There was some set backs as with anything in life. The review has made us tighten up on some areas of the business so we take this as a way to improve our services. Unfortunately, unlike a lot of the installs we perform, yours had a few problems. Nothing is perfect I know, but we will improve with these comments in mind.
The install didn’t take 5 months for all other customers that are reading this review, it was the initial contact to completion.
The work quality is good you say.

The service was prompt and precise. The site inspection and pre-work were thorough. The panels were installed with care but quickly, and the indoor setup was done meticulously and professionally. Everything worked right away, and the system was explained in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, I recommend the company and their product.

They arrived right on time, and everyone I spoke with was friendly, polite, and efficient. They installed a clean and tidy 5-panel, 1kWh system and finished before lunchtime. Very professional work, and I’m happy to recommend them!

The team that installed my solar panels was quiet
The team that installed my solar panels was quiet, efficient, and didn’t disrupt anything. After drilling, they left no mess, and all the equipment was well placed without the need for any visible cable covers. This is the second house where I've had Stellar Energy install a system. I was very happy with the first one, so I went back to them for the second. Great company with excellent products and service!

Our experience with Stellar Energy was fantastic from beginning to end. Chris, the first person who came to assess our home, was great, and the engineer who set everything up did a wonderful job. I received many quotes from other installers, but Stellar's pricing was competitive, and Amy's friendly and respectful approach sealed the deal for me. Installation process was fast, smooth, and clean. The scaffolding was set up quickly by a contractor, but it took a while to be taken down. Stellar Energy worked hard to speed that up. I highly recommend them.
