Good Quality Product But Misleading Communication and Delivery Timelines
The product overall was good quality. Although communication and response time is quite poor. They also advertise dispatch within 24 hours which is not correct in all cases, delivery takes 2 weeks with no order tracking or update notifications. Only after multiple phone calls were the items delivered. This same ordering process happened on 2 seperate orders

The rug is exactly what the website…
The rug is exactly what the website describes. Happy with the texture and colour. Looks great.
The only downside of the transaction is the lack of communication from Stellarugs. The website states 24 hour dispatch, not true! That statement is giving false expectations and diminishes the whole transaction. Would be better not to have that expectation.

Great rug
Really nice unique rust colour. It's prob a little lighter in colour thn the pictures but still very nice. Also the rug doesn't move about as much as my old rug did on my carpet which is a plus.

Ask for true dimensions before you buy
The rug is 12cm short of 400cm (although listing says 400). Needed it for a specific space, so it looks wrong. Have written to Stella Rugs to see what options are and so far they have not responded.
