I searched hi and low for the unicorn of trainers for my 13yo. Sold out everywhere, online, on the high street. Then Google brought me to Stepped In and not only did I managed to get the trainers (Nike P-6000) but I got the exact colour way he wanted. Delivery was fast and efficient and James is super responsive. Would highly recommend shopping with Stepped In!

Although I received the wrong boots, when I made contact to let them know they were quick to respond and sent me the right boots within 24 hours! Much appreciated as they were a Christmas present and it was 21st Dec! James if you're reading this you're a star! 😊

Great service! I was panicking as I ordered late but James was great with communication and still got my order delivered.

NEVER purchasing from here again, Parcel took over a month to arrive, and when it did the boots looked second hand and worn down with scuff marks. I emailed several times over this period and received no reply. don't waste your time buying from here.

Ordered Nike Air Max 95 Baltic Blue trainers with only a few days to go to Christmas. These were sold out in most places. I had a problem with wrong size being sent to me and i was worried that this may mean i would not receive trainers in time for xmas but James called me personally and assured me i would and sure enough i received trainers today
