Ordered a present for my girlfriend and it was delivered 2 days later in perfect time for Christmas. Both James & Hamish were extremely helpful and reassuring regarding the timing of the delivery.

If I could give zero stars I would. They advertise sizes they haven’t got then ring you to offer a size they do have. A incorrect size is not an alternative option. Very poor. Don’t advertise something you don’t have in stock. I also had to chase them for the status of the order only to be told nearly a week after placing it that they didn’t have the size I ordered. The only reason they got in touch was because I contacted them. These were a Xmas present and now it’s too late to get an alternative. Very poor, don’t use this company.

Recently purchased some Jordan 4s from here and received exceptional service from James. I ordered the wrong size and he amended my order and sent the shoes out within 48hours. Really impressed with the service and will definitely recommend to my mates.

Got the trainers I wanted at a good price, but shipping was a bit unreliable and the box containing the item was not very secure and the box for the trainers looked more mashed up than the outer box they came in. suggesting they had previously been used or come in an incorrect box for those actual trainers.

Recently had to exchange a jacket for a smaller size and couldn’t have been more impressed. Prompt response to email request, clear instructions and a replacement jacket received with a couple of weeks as was out of stock at the time. Regular emails to update me on the expected delivery etc. Great company would highly recommend and will use again.
