SPECIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have just returned after a visit to the Garden Centre in Sterling Home, Tillicoultry. It’s a long time since I had such wonderful customer service. The gentleman concerned was Colin, who helped me choose some plants. He pushed my trolley to the back door where I bought some pot plants. He then accompanied me to the checkout and out to my car, when he loaded my car with my purchases. Thank you Colin for making my experience special.

We were looked after by Barry in the Sterling Home Department in Tillicoultry. He was very kind and helpful, not at all a "pushy" type of salesman who actually can put you off buying . He understood my issues regarding height etc and advised us accordingly. I would ask for him by name if we were buying anything else

Fantastic staff and fabulous showrooms
Fantastic staff who were so helpful and accommodating. The choice of products was amazing and our personal choice was absolutely wonderful as we had went with an idea of what we were looking for but changed our mind due to the choices available. The cafe was an added bonus as we had travelled quite a distance and really enjoyed the treats on the menu.

Sterling is always a pleasure to visit and we’ve bought most of our furniture there over many years. Missing out on the Spring Holiday…
Missing out on the Spring Holiday weekend, we called 2 days later to see if staff would honour the offer just finished. Manager unwilling to, but friendly assistant Conor Ross went out of his way to offer £50 discount as a goodwill gesture, and in turn he secured a sale a few pounds short of £1,000 ( which in this climate most businesses would be glad of). Conor was very professional and friendly, whilst showing empathy to a customer willing to do business. Sterling Home is safe in the hands of young professionals like Conor, and would do wise to help hold onto their professionalism. Mr & Mrs Burns

This is a lovely company to visit
This is a lovely company to visit. The staff are so pleasant and helpful. We travel for 1hour 45min to get there. And always come away with a few purchases. Amy Ireland went over and above for us on our visit. We bought 4 chairs that day. We enjoyed the garden area and the restaurant. We cannot praise all the staff highly enough. It is evident this is one big happy family store.

Scott at Sterling home outlet centre is the principle reason for the review.
I was buying a venjakob ex display unit and he went above and beyond.
He was helpful, courteous and knowledgable of course , and put up with an unnecessary level of cheek from me.
A complete gent with excellent customer care and consideration.
As member of staff, an asset to the business. He sorted out tricky delivery needs, and achieved some more discount on the product. Fabulous.

While the item was already discounted at the time you ordered, further reductions may have been applied as part of a later promotion.

Warm welcome at Sterling
We were greeted by Elaine on entering the shop. She made sure we knew where to find the items we were looking for and was both friendly and helpful.
Sales staff Nikki and Gordon helped with our purchases and again were informative without being pushy. We bought a new bed and sofas having found exactly what we needed and at a good price. Previous purchases have lasted 20+ years such is the quality of Sterling’s products so we had no qualms about buying again.
Altogether a really good experience with excellent staff, Elaine particularly is a real asset, so nice to be warmly greeted by someone not actively trying to sell you something. She has a lovely way with people and enhanced our shopping experience.
