Fast and efficient service
Fast and efficient service. Currency delivered next day as promised. There were marginally better rates available elsewhere but SterlingFX gave the option of having smaller notes and these were provided as requested. Would have been 5 star if my previously saved login credentials hadn’t been rejected. I had to wait 24hrs to have my account unlocked, Will use again though.

I would recommend Sterling because...
I used Sterling as they offered the best rate I could find and their location was convenient.
The gentleman I dealt with in store, was friendly, efficient and proffessional.
I pre-ordered the currency and it was already made up for me.
They do have a cash counter machine which they use to count the notes which is quick and ensures the correct amount is counter. Would recommend to everyone.

Brilliant service and very safe to use online to order currency. The bank transfer option I find is the safest way to order in large amounts and with bank verification it is reassuring. Delivery is outstanding, arriving within 24 to 36 hours and requiring a signature on delivery. Highly recommended and always use SterlingFX for my holiday money. Great updates and clear instructions. I won't use anyone else now.

Was very easy to order, rate was the best I could find and was delivered to my door exactly when they said it would be by recorded delivery.
Must admit was a bit sceptical and looked at a lot of reviews before ordering, was nothing to worry about though. Great communication throughout. What more could you ask for. Would definitely use again.

Best rate around on the day
Ordering on the website was straightforward and easy and the rate on the day was the best of many other companies that I checked. The selection of denominations of Euros was very good too and the delivery was as detailed on the website arriving before 1pm the next day. Brilliant!!

Nice company to do business with
I have used Sterling's international money transfer service, for the last five years. Through out, I have never had any problems, their site is very user friendly, it explains, what to do clearly, step by step. It is a little scary, once you transfer the money, as you have to wait for an email at certain times of the day. I am very happy with everything they have done for me in the past, and will keep on using them.
