Never using this service, I was naturally worried. However, encouraged by the reviews and the process as i understood it, I decided to 'take the risk'. And it was worth it. The rate was much better than i could get anywhere else. I had minor issue with the way I sent the envelope, and the customer service responded swiftly and to my full satisfaction. And most important: I got updates on every stage along the way, and the money was in my bank account within the time promised. So, I strongly recommend this service.

Ordered and carried out bank transfer late evening, confirmation received next morning that the funds arrived and order was being completed.

I have to admit I was a bit skeptical and worried but everything went smoothly. Also the rate was better than other options like post office ir supermarkets.
Note that if you are sending anything iver £2500 you need to pay extra for insurance (almost 18 pounds).

Told to wait up to 30 working days for refund on lost Special Delivery

Travel money sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery was lost.

Despite this, the company is delaying a refund until Royal Mail complete their investigation and approve their claim, which they have advised could take up to 30 working days.

They are relying on their terms and conditions to justify this, however this appears to conflict with basic consumer rights, as the goods have not been delivered.

Left out of pocket and forced to make alternative arrangements. Very poor handling.

what is the point of sending $100 bills ??? whats the point in offering mixed denomination notes?
I'll have a great time when I hand over the $100 for a soft drink ??
