Be aware that if you are getting USD for using in Asia, this company may send defaced bills, which they sent to me, which i know won’t be accepted. i was told i could send them back at my cost and they would be exchanged, but that is not practical.

Used their currency buyback service which had a rate significantly better than any other service. Went without any issue at all and money was paid within the timescales given. Would recommend.

I can only comment on my 'buy back' experience, which was not only seamless in operation, but also highly competitive in exchange rate, even given the cost of the Special Delivery Service suggested by COG, from Royal Mail. Lot's of comm's as well. Highly recommended.

Ordered my currency online on the Thursday. Was a bit nervous about the postal delivery part but had the currency delivered on Saturday as per the agreed delivery timescales. Really good. Rates were ~10% better than the nearest competitor. For ~£1k of currency, the nearest competitor would have cost £86 more!!

Kaya was extremely helpful. The exchange rate are exchange rates are very good. Used them to have a gifted part of deposit on our house. Definitely recommend them.

Good customer service - responded in a few hours on a query. Can be contacted by phone and email easily. Money buyback and in the bank in a few days. Shout out to Mark for responding to my query so rapidly and resolving quickly.

Usually use a different company for my foreign currency & it's always delivered next day but used this outfit as rate was slightly better but. NEVER AGAIN! Waited almost a week for currency to arrive & it only appeared after I contacted them! I'll stick to what I know in future!

Had a larger amount of foreign currency to exchange back to pounds, and this company had the best exchange rate I could find on Martin Lewis's website by quite a margin, even after factoring in the costs of special delivery postage and insurance.

Process to send funds was very well explained in the instructions I received after placing the order.

I also got an email update at each step as well when they received the funds, or when they processed them, or when the final payment was issued to my bank account.

So overall very good experience and will be using this company again in the future as high street exchange rates are a bit of a rip off.

Originally ordered currency online in March but I managed to incorrectly enter part of the address. They got in touch immediately to resolve the issue. Incredibly helpful and excellent customer service. Upon my return, I used their ‘buy back’ facility for the unused currency - the cash was in my bank account within two days. Again a brilliant service with excellent exchnage rates.

This is the 2nd time I have used their service and it is so easy. You can not get better rates anywhere else other than here. Really quick turnover time and confirmation emails sent throughout the whole process
