I used COG in Feb 25, got the best rate compared with all others, was speedy delivery; tried again this time in Oct 25, the best rate seems so far again. My order is in and I am waiting for it. the Web is simple to use with clear instructions. I really recommend this site. I will organise a family trip to the far east and shall let all of them know and exchange on this site.

Buying and particularly selling currency cash can be a bit of a pain. COG simply do as they promise and conduct the transaction in a straightforward, no nonsense fashion with transparent, no commission pricing/proceeds.

This was a straight forward process. I made an error in the banking information that I gave and had a prompt response asking for clarification. Once I had replied my refund went ahead without any difficulties.

I have used Currency online group for approx 4 years now and never had a problem, you can see clearly what the rate of exchange is and accept it or hold on for a better rate. I have used the company before several years ago.
I decided to use them again many years later as they were offering the best rates for Jamaican dollars and I also bought US dollars.

Only used once so far to buy travel currency, Transaction went through fine, money was delivered via royal mail signed a few days later. Currency was in good condition and the correct amount.

As an anxious person I am always wary of reviews but I hope mine eases your mind if you choose to exchange with this company.

I needed to exchange 200k Yen (roughly £1000 before fees) and I checked the post office and other exchanges on the high street and I would only get around £859. Quick search online lead me to the Currency Online Group website. I was a bit nervous going this route and sending such a huge amount of cash in the post as it would be my first time doing it. Always a worry thinking what if it gets lost? What if it's a scam? etc etc. But I have to say I've had a great experience and the exchange deposited £964 into my bank account which was only a £1 less than what they quoted me at the time.

The process was extremely easy! Once filling out the necessary info online, print or write down some details to include in the package, pop down to the post office and ask for a free tamper proof envelope, add money and paper slip and ask to send via special delivery. I think it cost me about £13 to insure for up to £1000. And that's it! The money was transferred to my account within 5 working days and I couldn't be happier!! They were also very good at emailing me to let me know they received the funds for processing and a rough estimate of when I should receive it in my bank account.
