Excellent service

I have not received a confirmation email that my bank transfer has been received. I sent a bank transfer to them two days ago. I am very worried that this is a scam.

I asked for a mix of notes. I've been sent 20 of the same note. The notes are equivalent of a £50 note ie more difficult to spend. Not impressed.

Great service when it came to exchanging a large amount of US dollars. Paid promptly when they said they would, and was the best exchange rate I could find in the market. Very friendly team, would come to them again in future!

While on holiday in Laos and Vietnam I have had a number of US Doller bills rejected by hotels and restaurants due to defacing on them. There are small stamp prints on a number of $100 bills. I contacted their currency online customer services and didn’t even get an apology. The email reply I received back was arrogant Avoid this company.

Beware! Ordered Mexican pesos. Delivery made on wrong day, not on day booked. By fluke we were in. Checked the money to make sure all correct, to find Dominican pesos mixed in with the Mexican. Absolutely furious. I have lost £65 worth of value in this transaction.

I asked for small notes and instead they gave me the biggest ones available. They also rounded down meaning they kept part of what was owed to me. if they do this for everyone then they will be making extra profits which should be yours so watch out

My first time purchasing currency online
so a little unsure but it was a first class experience from start to finish. Ordered Australian, NZ and Singapore Dollars. The rates were excellent, the site easy to navigate and the mixed denominations as requested. Paid by debit card and currency arrived by Royal Mail as scheduled. Very highly recommended, now no need to purchase travel money on the high street at inferior rates of exchange !

Have an account with COG due to the majority of my salary being in USD and EUROS. My account manager Kaya has always gone above and beyond to ensure the exchanged monies arrive in my current account within the day. And always arranges a contingency plan for when he's out of the office, so there's no radio silence. A hugely convenient service and a pleasure to deal with.
