Currency came promptly but many of the notes are old (crushed, old folds etc) - which will make them unusable where I'm visiting as they only take pristine notes

Fantastic experience.
My daughter came back from the USA with nearly $3000 in cash.
Was quoted a very competitive buyback rate and so posted money via the post office recorded delivery option.
They emailed once they’d received the cash and on the day the rate had gone up and so received £50 more than originally quoted. Money was in the bank 3 days later.
Very easy and quick.

Ordering and paying process, simple and straightforward. Arrived quickly and securely.
However I requested mixed bills at check out and received all large bills, so that's going to take time and energy out of my trip to rectify. Why ask if you can't deliver?

Have used COG several times before and have always been happy with the service. However this time I ordered euros and requested mixed notes, when currency arrived it was mainly 100 & 50’s no 10’s a couple of 20’s and 2 5’s not what I would call mixed. When I phoned and queried the order was told it is whatever the packers have available. What is the point of asking people what types of notes they want if it is completely ignored. Think
I will go back to using the Post Office especially when the rate is about the same.

First time using Currency Online Group found via Martin Lewis website. I used to use Covent Garden FX however they introduced £7 postage for under £1200 (up from £700) so I switched, FCA protected did it for me and the fact you can pay via card and not just bank transfer.
Ordered Thursday evening and has arrived this morning (early, as I did not select Saturday arrival which incurred £2 charge) but it came today anyway.
Really good rate va competitors. Free delivery on orders over £700.

BEWARE using the currency delivery service!!

I have used this company on several occasions before without incident, however, I have learned that you really are stuck if Royal Mail lose your package. I have now been waiting 8 days for £1,003 worth of US$ to arrive for an upcoming holiday, expecting next day delivery; Royal Mail tracking suggests it is held up at a sorting centre, where it has been for the past 6-7 days.

Currency Online Group are saying that I will have to wait for the Royal Mail investigation and claims process to complete before being refunded, which can take up to 30 days!!! In fairness this is mentioned in their Terms & Conditions (which I have now read). However, this is totally unacceptable from a customer perspective, to be impacted in this way due to the failings of their chosen delivery partner.

This is a complete disaster, with my holiday fast approaching.

Whilst they have responded to my emails, reassurances mean very little when you want the matter (which should never have happened) to be swiftly resolved.

Was very sceptical doing a bank transfer for over £1000 to someone I didn't know ... so many scams online these days.

However I got their details on Martin Lewis's website and checked all the reviews on here... so decided to proceed. The rate was good and I could do without a trip into town to buy my Euros.

I ordered my money late Wednesday evening and after I transferred the money I got an email saying the order had gone through.

I woke the next morning to an email stating the money would arrive registered post by 4pm on Friday. It arrived 11am.

I can thoroughly recommend the company and would certainly order through them again .

Ordered USD in cash yesterday and just received it next day delivery via Royal Mail - fast and efficient service! I was slightly skeptical about ordering online, especially using their bank transfer service, but after looking on comaprsion sites for the best rates, COG were high on the list on the moneysavinexpert, so know it would be legit. After transferring the money, within 10 minutes they had approved the order and from then on received email updates via Royal Mail. Would highly recommend!

oh my days, i NEVER expected such a great service. Ordered 11.00AM DELIVERED NEXT DAY 10.00AM. Went on Martin Lewis website and this was the highest exchange, rate FREE delivery over £750 ( Special delivery ) FCA AUTHORISED

I usually get my travel money so I can pick it up locally.
However, when I googled exchange rates COG had by far the best rates, even taking into account paying £5 for delivery. There was no extra commission charge for paying by debit card (some added a % on top of delivery for paying with a debit card).
I was nervous about buying on line, but thought I'd give it a go as the difference in rates was quite a bit.
I requested small notes (Jordanian dinar).
The whole process was so easy, I ordered and paid for the currency, received an email confirming the order and today (2 days later) I have received the currency by Royal mail special delivery signed for.
They have sent the currency in 10 notes, which is fine (I would have liked some 1's and 5's - but 10's are OK - I just really didn't want 20's and 50's).
So, I'm a convert to ordering on line and will definitely be using COG again.

Another succesful transfer from COG, smooth and without any problems. I dont even search for better rates from other companies because I know COG are the best. Keep up the good work guys. Highly recommend.

Very efficient and quick. I had Egyptian pounds to sell which a lot of places won't handle but you were happy to take them and processed my payment quickly.
