Great company, fast delivery
The computer was advertised as open box and when it arrived it looked brand new. I needed the invoice amended as it was purchased for a community group, this was dealt with smoothly and efficiently, all in all a great company to deal with.

Desktop PC received as described on website. I have completed setup and am very happy with it. However I can only give 4 stars as DHL messed me about with the delivery. I was told by DHL to expect a Monday delivery then on Saturday morning got a text saying delivery would be later that day only for it not to arrive until the Monday. DHL has admitted the failings in their service, but offered nothing by way of compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Better than good condition Lenovo ThinkPad
I purchased a Lenovo ThinkPad which in the details said it was in good condition. When it arrived it was almost in a brand new condition.
It came quickly, even one day early, and I was kept informed all the way through the process.
Set up was as simple as it could have been.

Poorly built machine
Dear, support team and management.
I’m writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with a refurbished PC I purchased from your company, which has consistently failed to meet even the most basic expectations of functionality and reliability. I would like to log a complaint and have this resolved promptly.
From the outset, the device arrived improperly configured—stuck in BIOS mode and unable to boot into Windows. This not only rendered the PC unusable upon arrival but also forced me into a frustrating cycle of returning the item, waiting for repairs, and being left without a working machine during that time.
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. Since its return, the PC has suffered from:
• Frequent crashes, even during low-demand tasks and games
• Repeated boot failures, reverting to BIOS mode
• Inability to detect the SSD and GPU
• Overall instability that makes the device unusable
I understand your returns policy may restrict refunds for refurbished items, but I find it unreasonable to deny a refund for a device that is clearly faulty and unfit for purpose. If a refund is not possible, I strongly urge you to replace the unit with a properly functioning machine—not another patchwork of unreliable components.
My next steps depending on the outcome: I will be contacting the consumer protection agency and ombudsman for support.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and has eroded my trust in your brand. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and resolve the issue promptly.

This is my first non hand me down pc and I'm so glad I made the decision to purchase it.
Although I had a bit of an issue with the payment at first (which was user error on my part) their team was quick to reply showing from their end where the issue lie.

Nice little desktop
The desktop failed to boot. Opening it up my first thought was the sata drive is missing as there was an empty caddy. Customer support replied within an hour of opening Monday saying it was a nvme, a little delve deeper and it was loose. Boots up so happy with the product and the service.
Update. Windows installed super easy, transferred everything across and the machine is very quick for running all the basics.

I originally ordered the wrong computer in error and had to return it. Totally pain-free experience, full refund was given. I re-ordered a different computer which was delivered within a few days, and I am very happy with my purchase.

Another great bargain!
Got a W11 HP ProBook for only £99 - it's graded C but seems fine to me. Good battery, bigger SSD than expected, everything works so far.
I've bought from Stone Refurb before, no problems at all and am happy to recommend.
