Late delivery but good service
The stones were over two weeks in being delivered so I contact the company direct and they dealt with my concerns in a efficient and professional manner. They even apologied.

lovely stones
Really quick delivery and lovely stones. I would have liked the option for slightly bigger ones, so not as big as boulders but a bit bigger.
I would recommend this company.Helpful chat facility too.

I placed the order, and when it arrived I realised that actually the size of the stones was too big, so I then contacted the company.
They were very helpful, and immediatelly reassured me that I can exchange the stones for a smaller size, which it happened few days later.
Very kind staff, and great communication!
Will have to buy again now as I ordered less than what I needed 😁

When I first ordered the stones, while awaiting delivery, I had an email from the company offering apologies and informing me that the stones, I ordered were out of stock. They offered to give me my money back, but I chose to wait until they had more in stock. I now have the stones I ordered and they are lovely. Just like the pictures on the website.
