Excellent customer service from Victor
Excellent customer service from Victor! I ended up going a different route altogether and am doing hardwood floors, but Victor was so helpful in my decision process (even though I didn’t end up purchasing anything!) that the next time I need stone, he’ll be the very first person I call!

My entire shopping experience was seamless.
My entire shopping experience was online and Iselda was invaluable. She answered all of my questions promptly, helped facilitate purchasing extra samples, and followed up appropriately when needed. The only small issue I had was with the delivery. The delivery person just left the tiles in a random spot in my apartment building and I wish he had communicated a little more so they could have been left in a place that was not in the way.

good people
Great experience purchasing samples from this company. They were prompt and courteous.
I previously wrote a negative review as I had this company mixed up with a different stone and tile company.

Hello Jared,
I am sorry to hear your frustration. I checked your account and I only found an order with two sample tiles and were delivered. Unless you have placed another order that I did not see in our records.
No worries, we will refund the total charge of $31.91 to make up for your disappointment of our services.
Best Regards,
JJ
