Réponse de Stormbrew
Hi Jon,
I am truly sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced with your order. I can completely understand how frustrating this must be, and I sincerely apologize for the mistake.
It appears there was an oversight on our part where the second page of your order wasn't taken into consideration, which led to the missing items. This was a silly error on our end, and we should have caught it earlier.
However, I can see that my colleague quickly amended the order and promptly sent out the missing items to ensure everything was completed as it should be. We deeply regret the confusion and any frustration this has caused you.
Thank you for your understanding, and please don't hesitate to reach out if there's anything else we can do to make this right. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Best regards,
Stormbrew.
My experience with Storm brew was…mixed
My experience with Storm brew was excellent . Very quick response however delivery was a different matter: I know this is not your fault but Royal Mail gave me 3 different delivery times for the same day and eventually delivered my coffee at 5pm, which means I took a whole day off work just wasting time, (supposed to be delivered between 9.30 and 1; then between 10.30-2.30 and then between 3-7pm)
Because of this. I’ll think twice about ordering online again - sorry 😞

Dear Graham,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the Hot Chocolate pods didn't meet your expectations. Taste preferences can vary greatly, and while we cannot guarantee a specific taste experience, the product has been well-received by many other customers, which is why it continues to be offered in the market.
I can see that my colleague assisted you in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner by offering the option to return the unopened pack for a refund. It appears that this option was not pursued, but if you'd like to reconsider, please feel free to reach out, and we'd be happy to help.
Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding.
Kind regards,
Stormbrew.
