I’m constantly paying more fees I pay a monthly fee which should be free considering all of the other fees I’m considering switching apps

I am literally just trying to get my refund so I can delete my account and the app. I noticed that a lot of professionals have cancelled my appointments before as if I requested the cancellation when I didn’t. At first I really didn’t understand what was happening so I didn’t follow up with it, my fault. However, last month I booked an appointment for a full glam makeup, two professionals cancelled on me and again claimed it was by my request. When I sent messages as to why, none responded but every single time I rescheduled with someone else StyleSeat charged me a fee and the last appointment they even charged a deposit which I am still waiting to get refunded. The professional doesn’t have her contact number listed. I tried sending her a message and there was no response. She has an address listed and it will take you to the general area but no specifics so you don’t know where to go. I got there 15 mins before my appointment time messaged several times to send the specific address and waited for 40 mins. I only got a response 2 hours after the appointment saying she did not see the appointment because it was made last minute and for me to reschedule. I made the appointment the day before after the second professional cancelled on me. I have since then send her a message, send StyleSeat a message, filled out a form to get a refund and reported it but I have had NO RESPONSE. It’s been a month.

Site does not properly manage stylists. Stylists can lie and con people, and literally get away with it. The level of unprofessionalism is insane. Please be very careful because once they scam you, you won’t get your money back unless you contact the BBB. The company site will do NOTHING…as if they are in on it.

This company is a rip off. The rate is to high and they are hard to get in contact with they charge your clients a higher price than what's listed. Get your own easy simple booking. Don't be to desperate to use these people its not worth it.

Good company just glitches sometimes but they get them corrected. However, they are an inconvenience sometimes.

I have never had a problem until I made an appointment and the stylist never responded to my messages. I submitted a ticket and received an email saying they will respond within 48 hours, the appointment is in less than 12 hours. While trying to give the stylist time to resound, didn't know if I should go or not, reschedule or cancel the appointment. There are no appointments available for me for the time I need the service. This is unacceptable, I will never use this APP again. I will go into salons to make my appointments.

I booked an appointment with a stylist on October 28 to take place on November 1st at5 am. On Thursday, the stylist reached out and asked about the style I wanted. I didn'thear anything else from her until I reached out at 5:30 pm on Friday, October 31st, thenight before the appointment was supposed to occur, to ask about the location of theservice (her profile states "mobile stylist"). She replied that she would not have time tocomplete the style I wanted, and that she could do it on Sunday at 5 pm or any day at 4 pm. None of those times worked for me, so I let her know that she should cancel the service since she was unable to complete the service at the time I scheduled. The next day, I was charged $80.00 for "late cancellation." I reached out to the stylist for a refund, and received the following response: "Hello LaVonya, I hope this email finds you well. How are you today? My name is ****, and I’m with the StyleSeat Support Team. Thank you for reaching out— I’m here to help. I truly apologize for the delayed response, as we’re currently experiencing a high volume of inquiries. I appreciate your patience during this time. I’m so sorry to hear about your recent experience and that your appointment was canceled by the stylist. I completely understand how frustrating it must be to be charged when the service didn’t take place, and I want to make sure we get this resolved for you as quickly as possible. To get started, I’ll need a bit more information. It looks like the email address ****** isn’t linked to any StyleSeat account in our system. Could you confirm if you might have used a different email when booking your appointment? I responded to the email with my other email and received a cookie-cutter response: "Professionals have the option to set a No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy, which is visible on their profile page," etc.

While every matter isn’t always addressed right away I can tell the people in charge of keeping the app and business up to date are constantly thinking on how to improve
I feel like they have a really nice app! It’s easy and fun to use. They do make it easier for clients to book and find me!
I keep running into isues where any new client, even if I share my personal booking link, stylseat records them as a new client connection and takes $50. I constantly have to prove that i know the client. It makes me want to remove the new client connection feature.

I’m very happy with my business it’s my passion using style seat platform has made a great impact and very grateful of that especially when slow times during the year style seat is still able to refer new customers love it !!!!!
At this point I’m only on StyleSeat because I have too many clients to switch

When I got my hair cut it wasn't what I asked for. I asked for a mid taper when instead got to low fade, the top is uneven, and now I have a high top even tho I never wanted one. I asked for a trim when instead he cut it too low. My front is short than any place else. And the top of my head looks like there's no hair:same length as when I came in.
