I want to write to say thank you Suitor for your customer service after I left a piece of clothing in another city and had to retrieve it by post from the Hotel.
I was skeptical about the method of your suit hire (I'm old school) but it fit me well and I had a good time wearing it, too.

What an amazing service for an amazing price
What an amazing service. I was stressing so much about picking the perfect suit for my daughters wedding, then getting it tailored to fit and all that extra cost.
Then I found Suitor. The ease of picking a suit, the option to have extra sizes arrive so you can mix and match for the perfect fit, and all for an amazing price.

Suit Hire Made Easy
I had planned to drop into a formal wear shop to collect a suit for the event, but they’re not as common as they used to be. My co-host suggested I try Suitor instead.
I looked them up online, found exactly what I needed, and 24 hours later the suit arrived at my door — and it fitted perfectly. I even took the $10 option for a second suit, just in case I had my measurements wrong, but the first one was spot-on.

Great Customer Experience and Great Tux
Really nice quality tuxedo and even when I had an issue with my order, Seb was able to amend my order within a minute of raising the chat. All around great customer service and experience.

Superb on-line suit hire company: Suitor
Superb model for hiring suits on line, with the option to buy. Tremendous comms, simple professional graphical instructions on post-hire options. Excellent support staff. Ease of use of the site to aide customer choices. By combining stock in central locations more choice for the customer. Seamless delivery via DHL ensured a top contemporary tux that fitted as if it had been tailored for me. But at a very reasonable local currency rate. I would use Suitor any time!

The whole experience has been awesome. I couldn't find a good quality hire suit anywhere. I took a chance hired from Suitor. The suit was very good quality and the fit was perfect. All inquires via email were answered promptly. Overall a very good service.

Backup suit option is handy, but useless.
Backup suit option is handy, but... If the jacket doesn't fit, gues what... Neither does the shirt. Luckily this wasn't the case for me but it renders the whole thing useless and so wasted money.
My shirt however came with s missing button and not even close to being ironed/pressed. Shirt was in terrible state. Midway through the event, a second button was lost, it just broke in half because it's cheap plastic stuff.
Style wise it wasn't my preference but whatever. I'd much rather pay a tiny bit extra and get a personalised fit in the city.

Our backup suit option is designed to give customers peace of mind when ordering online. Most customers use it to mix and match jacket and trouser sizes, which is why it’s offered as an optional extra. If you’d like a different shirt size to the one linked to your main order, you can note this in the order notes at checkout and our team will manually adjust it before dispatch. You can also add your preferred shirt size as an individual item to your cart. We’re also working on making the shirt size directly selectable when adding a package to your cart early next year.
We’re genuinely sorry about the condition of your shirt. This isn’t the level of care we expect, and we’re already making improvements including moving to detachable button studs and refining how shirts are pressed and finished before dispatch which has already been implemented into our fulfilment process..

My experience with Suitor is reflected throughout their review listings. From first contact to delivery and use they are outstanding. My bug bear is poor communication but these guys keep you onside throughout the process and provide a level of aftercare which I would have expected with much higher priced offerings. Ordered late and got a beautiful tux delivered the next day. Excellent service and super convenient/reliable. They even provided an extra tux (one size up) incase of any sizing issues. Highly recommend.

Easy process
I hired the Platinum Blue suit for a wedding I was attending. The process is really easy, especially love the backup suit idea because I wasnt sure whether the medium or large would be the better fit. I ended up going with the large jacket because it gave me a bit more room to move. The suit quality is amazing compared to other suit hire places I've tried before so I'll be back again for the next one

Poor quality and service
The suit arrived and was extremely poor quality—felt cheap, like something from Temu—and it was also the wrong size. I returned it promptly, but after six weeks with no refund, I had to follow up myself. Only then was I told that because I returned it after 4 business days (their cutoff is 3), I wasn’t eligible for a refund. Not only is that policy unreasonable, but the fact that they wouldn’t have contacted me or refunded me unless I chased them is unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Hi Bebo, Thanks for getting in touch. We're really sorry to hear you weren’t happy with your experience. We hate that you were left feeling disappointed. That’s never what we want for our customers.
To clarify, your order was delivered on a Tuesday and returned the following Monday, which was five business days later. Our clearance purchase return policy requires that returns are both lodged and posted within three business days of delivery. It also asks that customers notify us via email, support ticket, or live chat if they wish to request a refund and return their order.
In this case, no notification was received, so our team wasn’t aware of your intention to return the item. Had you reached out, we absolutely would have responded. But without any communication, we had no reason to expect a return or begin the refund process.
That said, we understand how frustrating it must have been to follow up weeks later without having heard from us. We’ve taken that feedback on board and are reviewing how we handle returns that fall outside the policy window, especially when no notification has been received.
On the product quality, we take this seriously. Our velvet tuxedos are made from high quality cotton velvet fabric, carefully selected after testing more than 25 different options. They are not cheap in any sense in quality, construction, or appearance and are certainly not comparable or close to anything from Temu. We receive overwhelmingly positive feedback on these pieces, so your comments were unexpected.
We’re always happy to provide free size replacements if something doesn’t fit, which can happen from time to time, but it looks like that option wasn’t taken up in this case.
While we stand by our policy here, we’d still like to make things right if we can. One of our founders has already reached out via email and SMS in the past 24 hours to offer you a sizing replacement, store credit, or another solution. Feel free to reply there or contact us directly and we’ll do our best to sort something out for you.

Suits quick and googled suit hire , this place came up and i went on reviews!!! Whats not to like every happy! I followed instructions and ordered the suits got a discount too. I hired 2 of the following jacket trousers belt shirt tie handy waist coat and 1 pair of shoes, cost just over £200 bargain !!! They looked brand new . The returns were easy to i also had a problem with the payment page i emailed and they sent me a link and it was done ! My cards security was the issue here i think ! So easy so cheap fantastic i cant express how this place deserves top marks!!!! The suits fitted even though they promised a replacement if i had issues i didnt !!! They were all correct sizes. Fantastic suit and excellent customer service
I hired a suit for my son’s Year 12 formal from Suitor and was very impressed overall. The instructions about shipping and sizing could be clearer but the customer service team was excellent and resolved my concerns with voucher codes and size adjustments, which I really appreciated. The suit itself was fantastic - delivered quickly, fitted well and was good quality. My son loved the bright blue colour! The return process was super easy and we got an extra discount code for next time. We'll definitely use them again!
