I bought a bracelet for my son and after a few days of wearing it the beads broke and got onto the company. They offered me 30% off my next order, I sent them photos of the broken bracelet as they asked for and still they offered me no refund or replacement or repair. I do not recommend this company.

I had a small issue with a bracelet that I ordered for my son. It came with something missing. The costumer service was quick to respond and top notch. I have never had such a positive smooth experience with a costumer service department!! I will definitely using this company for future purchases.

Gave this as a gift to my son, he loved it! It was the leather and tiger eye beaded one. Unfortunately, the beaded strand broke after a short time. When I reached out, they advised me I could buy a new one at 30% off. Why would I pay for another one?? So disappointed!

I purchased a bracelet for my son a month ago, it arrived a week later no problem. My son wore it for 3 weeks and then the plastic line came loose and all the beads fell on on to the kitchen floor. Reported this to summoraft and they offered me a replacement at 50%. Not happy with there customer service one bit.

I had an issue with one of the bracelets. They requested pictures and a video so they could have a visual of the problem. Customer service was understanding, accommodating, and professional. My replacement just arrived, and it's perfect. Thank you!

Bought a bracelet for my adult son which I will give to him next week. Looks really nice with a lovely message. Company is very easy to deal with. They are a small business and really put their all into ensuring you get what you wanted. Would highly recommend them as customer service is also excellent.

At a difficult time I found this beautifully dedicated bracelet that I thought would be perfect to reconnect with my son. I couldn’t wait for him to receive. Since he wouldn’t respond to texts or calls I had no way of confirming if he received it. Unfortunately, it seems to have stolen—after reconnecting with him after months of silence. I reached out to this seller, and I’m blown away by the offer to resend the gift to my son-so long as I pay for shipping. It’s more than generous and fair and I must applaud them not only for caring but responding so quickly. I waited at first because I thought a neighbor would turn it in as it’s a personalized gift—why would anyone take this. Anyhow I must leave a review for the excellent customer service—I look forward to hopefully seeing my son receive a gift that I would hope stays with him for life. Thank you Summoraft.

I purchased a tiger’s eye bracket for my son’s graduation. It didn’t last two months before breaking. The wire with the beads dislodged and all the beads fell off. Very disappointing and disappointed that a gift that supposed to sentimental and thoughtful can’t last more than two months.
Support offered me 50% off a new purchase for a review. Not wasting anymore money on something that won’t last.

I bought this bracelet for my son’s birthday and we were both very happy with it. Unfortunately, it broke within a month of him receiving it. I reached out to customer support and they replied promptly, offering the resolution of a replacement at 50% off. I am happy to give the product another try.

I've just received mine today for my son ❣️✨️✨️... He loved it and the quality looks very good. He's 25 and I engraved "Pray About It" I told him any and everything Pray about it! My size is a little small I emailed and got a response back very quickly... so far I'm very satisfied ✨️

I purchased this for my son after he went through an incredibly traumatic experience. When I saw the ad for this bracelet and the words that were written in the box, I knew this is what I needed to get him for his birthday. He loved it and did not take it off until it suddenly broke. I purchased the mens bracelet for my son who is going through a rough patch and the bracelet was perfect to help him remember he is not alone,hoping when he looked at it daily it will remind him on how special and strong he is. Unfortunately the item broke in two days of receiving it. Things happen. I responded to customer service via email. Within 24 hours a new bracelet was shipped out. The customer service was outstanding, supportive and I am beyond grateful.
