The bracelet is great quality, including the clasp. You won’t be disappointed. My son loved it! Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I reached out to customer service and they responded immediately. They went over and beyond to help me and replaced it with the correct size! Amazing products. Amazing company with outstanding customer service! ♥️ I highly recommend them.

Today I ordered a bracelet with an engraving. I started thinking about my son and thought, I bet he wont wear it.
Worried that I was going to have a hard time contacting a person on the phone,
The owner personally answered the phone. He was very polite, professional and he gave me a full refund without even asking why I am returning it. He gracefully gave me a full return instantly.

Bought a braclet for my son. Looked just as pictured and very happy with the quality and look. I ordered the recommended size and it was very loose around his wrist so he couldn't wear it. I reached out and they were able to replace it with a smaller size.

The bracelet is beautiful quality and arrived quickly. I should have gotten a smaller size for my son, but it still works. My son loves it and he teared up reading the note. I had a couple of questions about the bracelet and texted the customer service phone number and got my answers immediately. So pleased!

Love the bracelet. Very cool gift for a young man. There was a small error on the wording on the card and the response was quick and the customer service was impressive too. Looking forward to giving it to my grandson.

Great customer service
First of all, I love the bracelet. It’s just as pictured. Can’t wait to give it to my son. Unfortunately, the item I received was not mine and had the wrong initials. That’s frustrating but they responded to my email within minutes and followed that up with a phone call. Hopefully, the new one will get here quickly. Don’t hesitate on ordering from this company.

I bought this bracelet for my son…
I bought this bracelet for my son because he’s been going through a really hard time lately and I just wanted him to have something he could look down at and remember he’s not alone. When he opened it and read the message, he got really quiet, and I could tell it meant a lot to him. He told me later that it was exactly what he needed to hear. The bracelet is really beautiful, and the engraving made it feel personal without being over the top. As a dad, you can’t always fix everything your child is dealing with, but you can remind them they’re loved. I’m really glad I bought it.

My 2 personalized bracelets never…
My 2 personalized bracelets never arrived!!! I paid $128 Canadian for bracelets for my children, as a thank you for Mother’s Day. Order was placed April 20, 2026, it is now May 6, 2026!! It appears that my item was lost in Mississauga on April 25, and it is nowhere to be found! My parcel is less than 5 hours away, but lost. I requested a refund, so I can purchase a different gift for my children, but have been refused.. I even paid an extra $9 to have expedited shipping!! This company does not care, that just want your money. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, AS I BELIEVE THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!! EDIT!!! Mr 2 bracelets arrived on May 12,2026 via Canada post. They are quite nice, however they were ordered on April 20, due to arrive by April 27th. These were gift to my children for Mother’s Day. Even though I paid for expedited shipping, they did NOT arrive in time. I will say that the bracelets are very nice, and appear to be good quality, they are useless to me now, until next Mother’s Day. If I’m still alive by that point. I’m disappointed, and upset

According to the latest Canada Post tracking update, the parcel has now been released by customs, processed in Mississauga, and remains actively moving within the Canada Post delivery network with an expected delivery date of May 11.
As reflected by the active carrier tracking and Canada Post processing scans, the shipment is not inactive or lost, but continuing through carrier transit.
Your order contains custom engraved keepsake items that were produced specifically for your order and shipped after completion of production and quality inspection.
While carrier and customs delays can occasionally occur during international transit, we remain actively available to assist and continue monitoring the shipment closely.
