I ordered an Infinity Bracelet for my Grandson. Upon arrival I didn't know if the bracelet opened or if it had to be slipped over the hand. After emailing the company, I received a response and instructions with a video on how to open the bracelet within a couple of hours. Amazing in my opinion! I tell you this because I've known for many years that he's dealt with mental health issues of his own, i.e. depression, anxiety and fear. His heart is sometimes very heavy and yet he never complains. He goes to work everyday and is Always there for anyone that needs him. I absolutely love the bracelets I have for my sons. So much I got one for my stepdaughter too. The jewelry itself is well made and of high quality. I received my order quickly and when there was a problem with a damaged box, Summorcraft got straight back to my email immediately and sent a new box.

This company deserves a positive review. I had issues w thinking order was taking too long. They responded immediately .. the bracelet is very special but i could not figure out the clasp. I wrote to them and the same day got a response on what to do. Highly recommend.

I received the bracelet I ordered for my son and I love it. I tried to open it but couldn't. Even though it did come with instructions on how to. So I emailed Summoraft and asked them how to open it. They were very fast with a reply telling me how to and with another photo showing me. Silly me! I was trying to open it with the lock flat and it opened sideways. They also said if it didn't come undone to get back to them and they would rectify it. I was very pleased with the whole experience. The bracelet is very easy to open when you know how 🤣 I just didn't look at the instruction photo properly. Totally my fault.
