I placed an order on 25th sept .
Had order confirmation.
Still no sign of it ( the birthday ordered for has gone ) i would understand if updated but i have emailed twice with no reply ( i have checked junk folder ) and no telephone number to call a human . If i get a reply happy to change review but am a couple of days away from raising a issue with the card i paid on and asking for this to be looked into by american express . I just want an update but without one will be forced to raise a payment investigation / refund

I have filled in the contact form asking for support. In less than a year after using cleaning and storing perfectly, the board has a leak. The instructions say to contact seller to arrange repair and not to replay ourselves if the leak is on a seam. It now almost a month and I have still had no help
Or advice. I don’t think a paddle board this expensive should last less than a year. Please could Someone contact me for help. Initial experience great post sales support terrible with no phone number to contact.

However after emailing SUP wharehouse got back to us pretty quick and provide an order number and delivery estimate. SUP actually arrive sooner than expected and is as described. Only issue was no instructions so we had to google the product and work it out that way. All in all good value site. Only downside is that SUP arrive shortly after Southern Water scumbags decided to pump sewage all along the coast.
Excellent product, excellent website and ordering process. Good info re delivery. No warranty info though?
*They have now replied to emails and gave below advice. I am leaving the below review the same as due to the delivery issue & no phone number to speak to someone when querying things, I still wouldn’t use the company again. Yet to take board out but hoping fin will realign as company have stated over time.
I ordered the samphire board with the delivery window of late July/early august. It got pushed back twice. Each time I emailed I always got a response and apology. The final delivery date was three weeks later than stated and when we opened it, the second smaller fin was completely bent. The box it arrived in is in no way damaged so I can only imagine it was like this before sent out to us and no one thought to check the parcel when it arrived from their supplier. I emailed saying how frustrating this was and can you set the process off so I can return and get a refund and I have heard nothing. Nothing in my junk Mail either. Very disappointed with this company. Wanted to support a U.K. small business but would not use this company again. Waiting back to hear from them refund as there’s no telephone number to call and hoping they contact us soon so we can get our refund and buy elsewhere.

First day using our paddle board on the beach with very excited children and the pump breaks before it’s blown up. Fortunately a kind man hears this and we completed with his blue fin pump. We then take out to the sea and the fin comes off and we loose in the sea.
We are now second day into our holiday with no way of pumping up without paying out more money and there’s also a bump on the upside on the board- no idea what this may mean.
Will be returning when we get home.

Fabulous company to order from. Board was delivered within 4 days.
Now that’s very good, kept informed of delivery progress by email updates. The added bonus was that when I contacted them for advice about the pump (gauge not showing pressure) they informed me to retry the pump again and let them know.
All in all can’t ask for better than that-happy customer and will buy again from them….👍👍👍
SUP Warehouse have been great! I ordered two paddle boards with all of the equipment included. They were on offer and I got 10% off as a new customer. Very happy with the price, especially with everything I received in the kit. We have taken the paddle boards out 3 times now and they are brilliant. Very happy with the purchase and the service and I would gladly use SUP Warehouse again!
Construction details disappointing with glue marks and D rings on squint. Picture of the board and accessories showed two different types of fin but it only came with one.

I ordered a SUP nearly 3 weeks ago, made payment and after originally receiving an email to say my order would be confirmed shortly, I am yet to receive any other notifications.
I have messaged them via the website multiple times and haven’t received a single response.
I strongly suspect that the website and company are a scam. I am now opening a case to recover the cost of the paddle board.

I ordered via their website and used the ‘in stock’ list to chose a SUP
Go a email reply from them telling me it would dispatched the following day as high priority, By the end of the following day, I followed up as I have no tracking details they say that would be sent. To have the reply that the ‘in stock’ item is now on back order and won’t be available for a further month
I had same day replies to emails with customer services, but as soon as I ask for a refund, they have gone silent and do not reply. No other way of contacting them as they don’t provide a telephone number. The payment taken is not by SuP-warehouse also, but by a company called Sports Pursuits, who again have no telephone number
Opening a claim with my payment provider as appears to be soMe sort of scam.

Easy to view website, lots of choice and price ranges. Arrived as promised, can’t fault at all. Would recommend.
Really good company, one of our boards (we ordered 3), was damaged, we requested a refund, a refund was sorted quickly - very friendly and helpful customer service.
The other 2 boards are fine.
