FABULOUS!
I can't thank the team at Superior Hair enough. The staff are truly amazing—gentle, caring, and exceptionally skilled in their work. I visited to purchase a wig, as I’m currently undergoing cancer treatment and experiencing hair loss. Kupae kindly started work early to fit me in while I was in Auckland. She listened carefully to what I needed and provided exactly what I needed. Her warmth and professionalism made a big difference during a vulnerable time. Thank you, Kupae. I wholeheartedly recommend Superior Hair.

I ordered a bun extension in light grey. What I received is very dark grey and far too short to be made into a bun.

Thanks so much for your review!
Sorry to hear the Light Grey wasn’t quite the right match — grey tones can definitely be tricky. If the piece is unused, we’re more than happy to arrange an exchange.
The bun is designed to create a tight, polished finish, though it can appear more like a ponytail before styling. We appreciate your feedback and will pass it along to the team!
