Kyle is prompt, attentive, efficient and courteous. He sorted out (what is for me) a complex series of mailbox issues.
He is most patient in dealing with a non-IT person`s questions.

NerdApp has allowed me to continue supporting clients remotely and in person. It's intuitive and efficient in terms of communication with the client and working with NerdApp support as well.
