Good service

Bryce was OUTSTANDING..

Bryce was OUTSTANDING... Zach wasn't able to continue and fix the issue, so Bryce came on. He actually called me and explained what the problem was and what needed to be done. He felt bad that he couldn't fix things, but he pointed me in the right direction.

We changed from Windows 10 to Windows11 and it seems allot is missing
Pictures, Backgrounds, Email, addresses, etc. I would like to have Emerson help me find it if it still can be found.

Excellent! Easy and simple. 5 minutes after landing on the site I was speaking with a knowledgeable helpful IT expert. It was quite a technical issue. Previously we've used freelancer sites for IT jobs extensively for business and found them hit and miss, this is a hit. Just some constructive feedback when I went to my inbox afterwards there were about seven emails confirming things, maybe you could slim that down but it's a very small thing. Fantastic delivery.
