Got my laptop Lockscreen problem taken care of. Happy that my tech was able to talk me through getting screen unlocked after I forgot my password. Bonus was after we did a factory reset, my original documents and Microsoft Office remained on my laptop, though I expected them to be wiped out

Brilliant service

Amazing service

Amazing service, my issue was fixed in 5 minutes and the rest of the hour was spent fixing other stuff on my computer that had been bothering me for ages. I would use NerdApp again

Overall I was pleased

Overall I was pleased, however I needed a quote on a part for my computer which wasn't actioned until I had paid my job deposit which was non-refundable so it left me bound to using NerdApp which I think needs improvement.
