The wine is absolutely fantastic and I am going to order more, but the delivery was very slow.

Great price for the wine (which is lovely) took a little while to arrive, but I expected that as I knew it was from Italy !

Very nice wine at a reasonable price. The only problem is it takes about a month to arrive, but it is coming from Italy and Im not charged for delivery, So I think the answer is to order more wine eatlier!

I have not tried wine yet the problem I have is with the delivery time it was painfully SLOW

If I could give a no star review I would. Communication very poor throughout the whole process. On receiving my “order” I was presented with 6 bottles of nasty looking Spanish wine ironically labelled “Just Fu#king Good Wine” rather than the expensive Italian wine I was expecting. Having sent numerous emails over the last 10 days I have had one reply suggesting I send photos of the delivery label and the bottles, which I did. I have heard nothing since. Absolute shambles. If you want decent Italian wine go to Majestic.

For UK customers trying to add a full address is impossible. What appears on the delivery details is nonsense and liable to lead to delivery problems. I contacted their support immediately, they refused to update the address and were very unhelpful. I had no option but to cancel the order. I will see how the refund process is now, if anything like the ordering and helpline I imagine it will be tedious.

I paid for the wine and delivery through Primse’s website, which advertised fast delivery. However, I have received no updates whatsoever. I even emailed them to ask for an update, but I have received no response.
This is extremely poor customer service. When a customer places an order and pays for delivery, the bare minimum is to provide a courtesy update and respond to enquiries, particularly when the customer is ordering from abroad.
Unfortunately, this is a disappointing example of the lack of communication and customer care that I have experienced when dealing with some Italian businesses. It is absolutely disgraceful that a company can take a customer's money, advertise fast delivery, and then fail to provide even a basic update.
Customers deserve respect, transparency and professional service. At the very least, I expect a clear update on the status of my order and a realistic delivery date.

Great selection at reasonable prices. However, delivery took more than 2 weeks, and email support took a week to respond. The website is lagging, and the tracking info is bare-bones. My conclusion: they know their wine, but not the technology.

I would recommend ordering about a month in advance of when you'd like to receive it, and don't expect ANY communication.
I placed my order on September 18, and received an email that it would be on its way shortly on September 21. Then I didn't hear anything at all for over a week. I sent an email asking for an update and didn't get a reply. Finally I got an update about the shipment from the shipping company, not from Svivando. The order arrived October 8, almost 3 weeks after the purchase. I got a reply to my email asking for an update two days AFTER the order arrived. All in all, the customer service was terrible, but the wine arrived in the end, although much later than when I hoped it would.

Every now & again, I see a Svinando promotional advert on FaceBook, which offer a 1/2 case of wine from Puglia, 3 of each brand and one of them is called Grande Alberone & it's Zinfandel with a 15% abv, which is an absolute stunner. The other is called Aimone, which is belnded regional wine at 13.5% abv and again this is just a real delight. This case is charged at £44 delivered and no additional duty. The price for the Zinfandel is normally £10.50 and the Aimone is £11.90, so this is a substantial saving for are both quality wines. Try them, as trust me I bet you'll love them.

Great wine. Updates on delivery needs to be much better and clearer. Will buy again, so please improve communication. Still a happy customer.

Too sweet, almost like a dessert wine.

I’m not a so-called wine ‘connoisseur’ but I do know what I like! I love this wine! A great price and delivered to my door - perfect!
