I have always ordered from here since i found it, great for american snacks, sweets and other stuff aswell as english ones.. my parcels have always arrived on time and always well packaged! Can’t fault them other than some of my favourite snacks not being in stock lol but what can you do! Also they have great deals in the clearance section! I’ve found some bargains there. Would definitely recommend this shop.

I am extremely disappointed with how my returns request has been handled. The company has repeatedly dismissed my rights under the Equality Act 2010, insisting on treating me “like any other customer” while completely ignoring my access needs. As a housebound customer, I cannot print a label or drop off the item, yet they have refused to provide a collection that accommodates my situation, either offering a ‘bring the label’ option with the courier or refunding the additional charges. Insisting that I return the item like “every other customer” ignores the fact that this option is not accessible to me, effectively denying me my right to a refund in a way that respects my disability. This treatment is unacceptable, dismissive, and fails to uphold their legal duties to make reasonable adjustments for disabled customers.
