I was very pleased with the prompt and thorough service offered by Kayleigh Harrison at Swift Lawyers, which has protected me as a buyer from things I didnt realise were an issue when I had my offer accepted.

The case was fairly complicated in the end, but it was, all in all, solved very quickly in part due to prompt actioning by Kayleigh.

Made selling my home very straightforward. Easy to contact and swift (hehe) to answer the phone and answer queries. Sonia was polite and knowledgeable and I always felt confident that these conveyancers knew what they were doing and had my best interests in mind.

Sonalica was extremely polite and professional throughout my dealings with her. She gave me the impression that this important purchase for me was in very safe hands. Recommended.

I wouldn’t say they were the fastest to respond to emails and enquiries in the early stages however once through to the completion team I was so impressed by Haider and the super quick responses.

Handling such an important issue online filled me with trepidation!
I needn’t have worried.
Aaisha Amal was just amazing.
She guided me through each phase with calm and reassurance. I’m not tech savvy but it didn’t matter , her patience was calming.
I didn’t feel pressured in anyway . If I needed to speak she was there for me.
She was thorough in picking up on points that could have caused problems in the future , that I hadn’t even thought about!

The initial legal representative sent an email with a large number of documents for us to process attached, and it felt more like a file dump. It would have been helpful to set out more clearly what needed fizzing in and how and certainly one of the files I downloaded to try to fill in, wasting a great deal of time with the formatting, I need to discover that it opened and was able to be filled in very easily using Chrome.

When Aaisha Ajmal took things over, although there were some hiccups, evidencing that the internal handover had perhaps not being done with sufficient detail, Aaisha's politeness and consideration made the whole process much more pleasant, and she appeared to be very efficient.

I wondered if an individual cloud storage folder for each client, where the client could upload and amend documents, would be more efficient and effective.

Communication before the completion by that team was also excellent - having a phone call to confirm that we're happy with the exchange and completion dates was reassuring and helpful.
