Scammers. They lack transparency and charge extortionate fees even when they can't fix the issue. They change their phone numbers regularly and its not clear who you're dealing with (We Fix 24 Ltd) until you receive the invoice. They did unnecessary work on our boiler (proven by what the engineer wrote on the invoice) and are aggressive and threatening when you try to dispute anything with them.

PLEASE AVOID.

Should be ashamed of yourselves, I’ve just been to my customer who has paid £3k to sort there heating out which is still not fixed. Only there for a short time!! No call out should cost £3k to attend and not even diagnose the fault!! Total scammers!!

£300 for an hour (which they didn’t disclose ok the phone) on top of a £60 call out fee. Just use Pimlico Plumbers - £150 an hour.

Got scammed by this company. They send an invoice for £1k for a 2 hours job. Should have really read the reviews first.

The most expensive tap repair in history they charged me over a thousand pounds to fix leaking taps. Now having to call out someone else as they havent done a good enough job and they still leak. Absolute shoddy work. Not even replaced or taken out the old washers. DO NOT USE

Wayyy to many hidden fees, charged over £1300 for something that wouldve cost £600 elsewhere. 15% Admin fee ontop of 20% VAT is just unreasonable and unnecessary. We made a rash decision due to an emergency but we should have done a slight bit of research. Dont waste your money.

Please do not use this company, they are a total scam and you will end up paying over £1,000 for a £200 job. They go via different company names.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE!!! Total rip off. They charged £1046 for turning off a valve for a dripping toilet. They were unable to fix it. If they stay a minute over an hour they charge for 2. The rate is £349 per hour then they add £60 call-out fee, vat and administration fees. Their customer service is rude and unhelpful. Worst service I have ever used. They are scammers.

This company needs to be reported to the Trading Standards and shut down. They charge extortionate hourly prices (£279 p/h!!) which they only disclose once they're in your house. They charge more hours than they initially tell you - and beware, even 1 minute over the hour will be charged at a full extra £279! - and on top of that they don't even do a good job. My problem was not properly fixed after being charged nearly £2k for 3 hours and they refuse to give any compensation.

They go by different names like WE FIX 24 LTD (this is the company name on the email they send you), and '24 HOUR -PLUMBER.' They operate extremely unethically, relying on people being in difficult situations to then completely exploit them. Pure scum. STAY AWAY from this company.

This is a scam company. They are listed under different names to protect themselves 'We Fix Now Ltd', 'Swift Plumber' and 'London Plumbing and Heating Engineers'.
They quoted 50 for a call out charge and once they are there they take ages assessing the issue so that it goes over an hour. They then hit you with a bill for 350 which includes 'extra time' and an 'admission fee'. Of course I disputed this but the plumber won't leave until you pay the office. They then stop responding and won't send you quotes the next day. It seems like they run a scam for quick one time visits to charge customers hundreds and then won't go back to fix the issue.

Beware of overcharging: Quotation 1100 was only £9 worth of work. Be cautious and never trust them completely.

Absolutely rip off merchants!!! Completely taken advantage off - went from a £69 call out fee to 4 hours later £1850!!! Charged £80 for 3 plastic pipe stoppers! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!! really wish I had read all the horrific reviews before making the initial contact.

The worst bunch of scammers aroun- they also trade as WeFix24/7. The engineer turned up well late beyond the promised 1hour ETA. Then the admin lady tried to fleece me out of £400 by turning up and charging me for the full hour after their engineer went over by 5 minutes because he spent 14 minutes looking for his tools in his car. Then the conwoman who poses as both the booking admin and manager instructed his engineer to refuse to leave my property. I refused to pay until they accepted I was serious. NEVER USE THEM, HOW ARE THEY STILL OPERATING IS A JOKE AND A MYSTERY

Their practices in how they present the terms and conditions is very misleading and should really be sent over for regulation. Plumber was good but definitely not worth the amount.

For context, I effectively paid ~£500 for 40 mins work. This is because of the hidden fees and minimum period of an hour.

I want to give 0 star stay away from them £269 per hour labour he had no tools looked at my boiler and in under 10 mins decided I needed 3 new elements at £800, £50 call out charge also 15% service charge. Also if you reply to the email it's a binding contract so PLEASE DONT REPLY. Got another plumber in Northan plumber and in under 40 minutes he fixed it no parts and only £100, Their bill would be £4000, also when I told Swift no he tried to say he was here 1 hour and was going to bill me an extra £269 for no work, good job my restaurant had CCTV. As soon as I pointed that out he demands the £50 call out. They are a CON company stay away and do not reply to them.

Absolute scam! Unfortunately this company and we fix 24/7 Ltd are awful. Not legally allowed to fix gas as after contacting the safe gas register neither the companies or engineer are qualified. Left a gas leak and then tried to blame us. Customer services are shocking and complaints department are no existent. Currently trying to claim money back but not sure this will happen… have reported but please do not use this company, see all the reviews and see they are not safe/legal!!!!!

Complete charlatans. Used coercion and intimidation to extort huge amounts for actually accomplishing nothing. Literally nothing. Turns out the issue wasn't on my property, but they still managed to spend 3 hours trying to fix it.
I actually took them to court and the court found in my favour, but then they flat out refused to pay. Unfortunately, they operate from home, so if I did send the bailiffs in , they would just claim that nothing belongs to the business. So I am out of pocket for £1,250 and I still had to pay to get the problem fixed!
