Adam was incredibly helpful from my initial enquiry and remained patient throughout, even as I changed the specification of the contract hire several times. There was a slight delay in receiving my car, but the team kept me regularly updated. The delivery was handled very smoothly, and overall I’m very happy with the service so far.

I went for Synergy after reviewing a number of brokers. My decision was based on the reviews I had read, the costs quoted and my initial interactions with staff. We recently used Synergy Car Leasing to arrange a vehicle lease for our business and had a great experience throughout.

We dealt with Matt Hunt, who was extremely patient and helpful. The process was quite stop-start on our side and took place over almost a year, but Matt continued to provide us with different vehicle and pricing options, followed up regularly, and never applied any unnecessary pressure.

He also gave us good advice on the most suitable lease term based on servicing and overall costs. The final quote was very competitive and came in cheaper than the main dealer.

The finance and invoicing process was straightforward, communication and response times were excellent, and the car even arrived ahead of schedule.

Overall, very happy with the service from Synergy Car Leasing and would definitely recommend Matt and the team.

I would highly recommend not to use this company they are extremely unprofessional and lack any sort of customer service.

One of their employees accidentally copied me into an email sent to 3 other employees being highly disrespectful about me nothing was even done about it!

Breach of data protection, unprofessional and very arrogant

Due to the significance of this incident, it was in no way resolved to a satisfactory standard and had I had the choice I would not have continued with this lease and will never have any future dealings with synergy

The thing that was not up to scratch was with the delivery which was a week late and when it did arrive I had to get it valeted.
