Fantastic company. After a disappointing experience with another company, I needed a fairly quick turnaround on a new car. Communication was excellent and my new car was delivered earlier than I had asked for, which in itself was a short timescale. Aftercare from Ruth has been fantastic, checking in on day of delivery and afterwards, and making sure everything is in order. Thank you both so much, I’ve recommended you to everyone I know!

I have never used a lease company before and Gateway 2 Lease were recommended to me. From the initial introduction through to lease completion, Kelly & Katie have been really friendly and informative, keeping me updated of progress regularly. Great resolution to a poor experience
After being a Gateway2Lease customer for many years, I was disappointed with how an issue surrounding a cancelled order was handled, particularly as I had been trying to place replacement business with them at the time.
I left a negative review because I felt that, after years of repeat business and recommendations to friends and family, the situation had not been dealt with particularly well.
Since then, Gateway2Lease have contacted me directly, investigated what happened and fully acknowledged that I should have received a response to my original enquiry.
Both Jodie and Mike from the Customer Experience team have been excellent in dealing with the complaint. They apologised, accepted that the service I received at the time fell below the standard it should have, and arranged a full refund of the administration fee.
They have also explained that the matter has been raised internally so similar enquiries are handled better in future.
Things can go wrong with any company. For me, what matters is how they respond when they do, and on this occasion Gateway2Lease have made a genuine effort to put things right.
I’m satisfied with the way the complaint has ultimately been resolved and would be happy to consider using Gateway2Lease again in the future.

Brilliant customer care
Brilliant car delivered to my drive , there was a weeks delay inconvenient no fault of mine or the company’s it was handled swiftly with the complaints department from minute one I was contacted by Mike Townsend kept me updated and provided the solution for me I was owed £245 after having to get a hire car and Mike didn’t let it drop till the £245 was back in my bank, instant replies to emails and constant updates through out the week while I was waiting for the vehicle too. It could have been a difficult period wondering where the car was and when is it coming and when my outlay of money for the hire car was returning to me but Mike took on the problems for me and solved them swiftly , absolutely brilliant. Really pleased I’m gone with this company to lease the car.

Excellent service from Claire and Ruth
I had a fantastic experience arranging my first business lease with Gateway2Lease for Global Talent Aquisition.
Claire was excellent throughout the initial process, taking the time to understand my budget and requirements. She helped secure the exact vehicle I wanted, a silver Jaecoo 7 in the Luxury trim, when other options available to me were limited to different colours or specifications. She was responsive, patient and proactive, including sharing a strong alternative option and supporting me with the paperwork around my busy work schedule.
Ruth then made the delivery stage equally smooth. She worked around my short notice, helping ensure I had time to arrange insurance and sell my existing car before delivery. The agreed delivery date was confirmed quickly, and the vehicle arrived on time.
A big thank you to Claire and Ruth for making my first business lease such a straightforward and personal experience. I look forward to working with Gateway2Lease again when the lease comes to an end.

First class customer service, I was constantly keep informed of the progress on my car & delivery via email
On the 2x occasions when I had questions always managed to contact a real person very easily & quickly & resolution seemed easy, even compressing the car delivery window timeframe to suit my diary. Honestly just an amazing experience reminding me of how things were 20 years ago.
In terms of ordering the car that was amazingly easy & straight forward too for a price that also offered very good value too.
