The item was returned with tracking provided. Chasing Refund for over 3 weeks from tab retail. Hugely disappointing. Stay clear of this seller

Good overall experience, just a few bits missing...
The computer itself runs like a dream so far, delivery was prompt. Only thing s no evidence of the warranty and a pin in the plug was bent, so had to use an an old one instead.

Purchased a mobile at a truly incredible price. I was almost surprised to find it arrive brand new as it was so reasonable!
Shipping was fairly quick, via Royal Mail.
I had a query about the battery of my unit and Lauren was very helpful & responsive over email (if you want to contact Cust Services I found email the best way as the phone wasn't manned on the 2 occasions I tried)
Overall, I'm delighted with the purchase. I don't often write reviews, but thought I'd put one up to support this business. Buy with confidence.
