Staff most helpful
Only had a few days, but does everything it claims too. Didn't find it too difficult to set up and when I contacted the call centre they answered within 30 seconds and were most helpful.

Friendly, helpful staff but problem with delivery.
Staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. I specifically arranged for delivery of my unit on a day I would be in but it was sent "next day" instead and was left in an insecure place when I was out.

The advise given to myself and friend was clear and told of special offer for September .I accepted and the watch arrived ahead of delivery time and was set up by a friend
The only complaint I have is I still have not received the paper work to advise me how the amount paid was accounted for and and still waiting . This is frustrating.

Digital Fall Alarm
I arranged this for my Mum, and the lady called Ros at Taking Care was very helpful and knew which type of device would suit my mother. The Digital Fall Alarm arrived within a couple of days of ordering, and was very easy to set up.
