Rang up on behalf of a disabiled person to make an appointment for them to view a Southport property. Answered by a 'know-it-all' "I can see you're not regerstered to bid, we have no appointments to view for persons not registered." This carried on for 2 more minutes until I said "so the answer is you have no viewings, thank you goodbye". Then she rings me back to basically contradict everything she just lied to me about. Unfortunately I then got angry because she absolutely was just making stuff up and was clearly not listening to me. Town and Country please stop hiring older dishonest women with power issues to answer the phone.

We had such a great experience with town and country south Wales! Dewi was brilliant, answered all of my questions and their were a fair few! He was realistic and honest, something you don't get when trying to sell your home with regular estate agents! We got a sale for our property very quickly before auction which allowed us to buy our dream forever home for our family! We completed and moved in last week! We can't thank him and the company enough! Highly recommended!
