Computer has good viewing angles and good quality picture
Computer was delivered without stand. Stand was eventually delivered but is was not acceptable, and was returned. The stand did not allow good adjustment of viewing angles, and could not be properly tightened.
Computer is excellent, and good viewing angels and beautiful display.

Hey Jack, glad to hear the hardware reached you as expected!
We do take several measures to help relieve supply chain issues, such as diversifying our parts vendors and keeping a healthy stock of inventory at our US headquarters, but occasional delays are inevitable. In those cases, the least we can do is clearly communicate lead times, which our sales and service teams strive to do at every turn.
Please let us know if there's anything else we can do to go above and beyond!

I received a demo display and was unable to test this properly as the power supply was NOT included. The packaging was poor and the parts were sent loose inside the package.

This panel mounted PC is fantastic
This panel mounted PC is fantastic. You know it's going to be nice when there's no bloatware pre-loaded. It's fast (boots in 10 seconds at most), has com ports, is fan-less, and our client is very happy with it. No issues and will be getting more for upcoming projects.

Service was good in the end
Unbeknownst to me, someone at Teguar tried to use my credit card unauthorized. As a result I had not removed the bar re international transactions and dollar value. This meant that I had to call Teguar at 6 am my time to straighten this out. I was not pleased.
The error was rectified quickly and the company apologized

Overall happy with the system and purchasing process.
There was some confusion between the quote, the purchase order, and the final system configuration. The system seems to be working as expected and the final price was competitive with other vendors of similar items.

Rugged Tablets Purchases
I received the first of 6 tablets back in May 2021. It was the larger TRT-Q5380-10, where the remaining are TRT-Q5393-07. The 7" tablets have not arrived due to a 4-6 week lead time. I have no issues with the communication with the folks over there, everything went smooth with the first order. I was surprised that the tablet, docking station, and power supply came in with no paperwork at all. No quick start guide, no instruction pamphlet, not even link to down load a manual or specs information. It was a little more difficult to familiarize myself with the locations of different ports and various start up applications. The tablet works fine and I haven't had any issues.

Teguar TP-4040-10P
We are happy with the purchased industrial panel (TP-4040-10P), it is exactly what our customer was expecting for. There is just one thing I want to mention: the space for wiring is quite reduced on this panel size so I had to use an angled RJ45 cable for connecting the panel to the network. It would've saved some time if I had known that before starting to test the panel. Luckily there is a version with wifi card that we ordered in the end.
We are very happy with the customer service provided by Max, we got really quick all the info required to make the right choice. Also we want to thank him for the opportunity to test a demo unit before ordering the product. I will continue to use these panels in my future projects requiring this type of device and in the end I would recommend Teguar product to anyone who needs a good industrial panel PC.
