I loved the dress but the customer service is bad

I ordered lipstick back in early April ~4/4 and I haven't received the items yet (as of 4/27). The tracking system they provided was not reliable; It said the items were delivered in 4/14 in Chicago area where I live but when I contacted USPS system (4/23), there is no item with that tracking number delivered in Chicago.
I contacted By Terry asking cancellation but all they said is
"Your item will be delivered at some point. We can't cancel the order".
How can they be so irresponsible? I will not buy anything from their website; they make profit out of the scammy order/delivery.

I purchased a dress for my daughter’s senior prom. Now that prom was canceled due to the coronavirus all around the US I can not return this dress. Yes I did miss the 5 day marking on requesting a return by a few days not knowing the prom was going to be cancelled. My daughter is a senior and will never wear this dress & I paid over $700 for it. This has been a stressful situation enough not knowing if she will even have a graduation ceremony but now to know this dress she loved will not get to be worn or returned. It is not like I was trying to return the dress for any other reason other than the coronavirus disruption and everything event having to be canceled. I have purchased dresses from them in the past but I will not recommend them to anyone in the future due to this not being able to be returned for an uncontrollable reason. Very poor customer service!

Najwa was an amazing helper and hilarious! She made my whole experience fun and exciting, I would do it over again!

Natalie made the process less stressful. We entered the dressing room with our 5 dresses but it was Natalie who brought in the dress we fell in love with. Natalie is patient, personable and knowledgable. Thanks so much!

Amazing selection of prom dresses. We worked with Vera to find my daughter a dress and she was excellent! Very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! We will definitely come back again.
