We had an amazing time and walked out with both of the dresses we needed! Heather was our consultant and was super helpful and worked wonderfully with my Autistic teen! I highly recommend her and will visit her for our next occasion!

We had a great experience at Terry Costa. We came to find the perfect wedding dress for my daughter and we found it, thanks to Vera! She is a gem and was amazing to work with! She listened to my daughter's preferences and also showed her dresses she might not have chosen but that looked great on her. Vera was knowledgeable and patiently answered our questions. She was also considerate of our budget and never made us feel like we needed to spend more to find the perfect dress, which we experienced at another shop. We actually spent less than we were expecting. Vera was also training a new consultant, Meghan, who was very helpful. You could tell Meghan cared about what she was learning and helping my daughter to find the perfect dress. I don’t think Meghan could have a better mentor. We were so thankful to have these ladies helping us and I plan to return to Terry Costa to find my dress for the wedding.

I loved my experience at Terry Costa, I had a very beautiful young lady help me by the name of Heather. She’s very outgoing , helpful person, had many great conversations with her in the fitting room, she made me feel comfortable and she really heard me with every descriptive details I gave her for the dress I wanted. Always asking what I liked and didn’t like of each dress I tried out and after trying out many dresses she worked her magic and found the one. Which in fact today was my very first day dress hunting and even though my mind wasn’t to buy my dress today, when she came in with the last two dresses for me to try on I found the perfect one for me, I tried it on and it was drop dead gorgeous and I said yes to the dress !! The dress captures every detail I described to her that I wanted. Thank you so much Heather for helping me pick out my amazing dress and for the congrats from the rest of the crew working there who are so very nice as well. ♥️

This was our first time shopping at Terry Costa. My daughter, a freshman, was looking for a Homecoming dress. Leticia was our sales associate and was fantastic. She was both knowledgeable about what dresses would be most flattering on my daughter and gave helpful and honest advice to my daughter. We had a terrific experience and will definitely shop at Terry Costa again. We also had a wonderful sales associate helping us find the perfect jewelry and evening bag for our dress.

This was our first time here. Leticia was our sales associate and we had the most amazing experiance ! She was very knowledgeable about what would look great on my daughter, as well as had helpful hints on undergarments accessories etc. I would definitely use her again. Love this place !

I'm just now getting around to doing a review. If I could give them zero stars I would have but they make you give at least one..The fact that they would not allow refunds when all the proms around the city got canceled was crazy..This should have been an exception to the policy due to the pandemic and to not take that into consideration let me know they could care less and they only want your money.

Joey made our dress shopping experience an “event to remember“ in and of itself! We were a party of three, mom/daughter/mom-in-law, shopping for a black tie wedding. He guided us through a major try-on haul x 3 and helped us to each find our perfect dress. He has great input and feedback and shows sincere enthusiasm for his clients. He is also expert at guiding the client towards the dress that will accentuate her best features so she can feel amazing in her chosen dress. To do all this with three ladies of different ages and body types all in one session is absolutely stellar!

I am so disappointed in the inability to be flexible during a pandemic I have put over two hundred dollars on a over four hundred dollar dress that will never be worn by my daughter I was refused a refund because that is not what they are doing at this time when they should be SO TERRY COSTA IS GONNA KEEP MY MONEY AND GET THE MONEY FROM ANOTHER CUSTOMER TOO WOW!

We LOVE Terry Costa! We have now purchased two homecoming dresses and the all important Senior Prom dress from them and I cannot express enough how helpful they have always been and with outstanding customer care. Would highly recommend! Thank you so much!

These people only want your money they don’t care for you at all. With the crisis we are going through right now you would think they would accept return policies but no. They don’t care if it’s your senior year and COVID-19 took away your last prom all they care about is the money they can take from you.
