Tetrad Avis 

We were sitting on garden furniture as we recently moved & didn't bring any lounge furniture with us. It took the exact time we were told from ordering the sofa to receiving it. It is so comfy. We bought the Arbroath midi.

The furniture is the best and most comfortable durable furniture you can buy.

The samples didn't arrive. I am trying to update the Tetrad Sofa we have had for 15 years or so and need to find replacement cushions. I have ordered some more so fingers crossed this time!

We bought two large Vagabond sofa - super cool and so comfortable! We’ve had so many comments from friends since they arrived.

Having posted previously about an issue with my Tetrad sofa, a spill of water damaged the fabric and it could not be repaired only replaced. The retailer was not a a bit interested, however, Tetrad stepped in although they were not obliged to do so (as my contract was with the retailer) they collected the sofa and recovered the offending area. The fabric is very delicate and certainly I would not purchase this fabric again given that a water spill causes so much damage, however thanks to Tetrad for getting involved and sorting out the issue.

Speedy response to request for samples. Was able to see fabrics in own home and am pleased to say, have just placed an order for a Jacaranda armchair.

Was very happy with the expedient & positive reply from customer services to my original query, but to date have still not had a reply to my follow up email dated 7th October & resent on 25th October? However as John Lewis, who stock the sofas, have now been in touch, I assume the query was passed to them to answer.

Beautiful furniture, excellent service from all staff and it's British furniture made by a British company at great prices. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Recently purchased two armchairs to match the Battersea sofa we bought from Tetrad a couple of years ago. They were fantastic from ordering to delivery. Even accommodating my extra requests for a specific piping detail to match a footstool bought elsewhere. Brilliant company, highly recommend.

I recently bought two Jacaranda sofas in bagru khaki from Tetrad, and I couldn’t be happier. The build and quality are fantastic — even better than I imagined! From ordering to delivery, the service was brilliant, with regular updates throughout the process. Delivery was fast and smooth, and the sofas have already received loads of compliments. Tetrad are a brilliant company, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding service.

I have had Tetrad sofas in all of my houses over the years. I have recently had their Liberty sofa delivered. I can honestly say it’s the most beautiful sofa I’ve ever had. A true Chesterfield. Stunning! 

Was hoping to purchase but lack of any response from their customer services has put me off.

Pickworths in Loughborough we’re really helpful and the whole purchase process was straightforward. The Tallis sofa and Bertie footstool are lovely and we’re so happy with them we’ve ordered another sofa.
