Customer service was Unwilling to make…

Customer service was Unwilling to make a situation right on a product they admitted was misrepresented on their website.

It was only after i was sent an email by you to rate my experience which i shared that the next day i did receive a full refund. That was after going back and forth several times. While that may be your policy, the description of your product which you acknowledged was *incorrect on your site was the reason we were in this place. I am grateful for my requested refund.

Although our policy states that items shipped outside the contiguous US are final sale, our team did issue a full refund without requiring a return of the item as a goodwill gesture.

The linen fabric was softer and thicker…

The linen fabric was softer and thicker than I imagined, the fitted sheet fit perfectly,… And there is definitely something to the energy that the linen lets off, it seems that my whole life I’ve only slept between 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 hours a night, Instantly I’ve slept 8+ hours a night since I’ve used them…God is always right, I would highly recommend them, thanks again

Exceptional cs

I called the Dallas store and got Abbie on the phone. She was exceptional in every way and helped me so much. I really appreciate her going the extra mile which is so rare in this day and age. I'm thankful she answered the phone when I called.

Strange size

The sheets are nice quality. I really like them. However I wish I had paid better attention to the size noted for the Cal/King. The Duvet is way too long at the end of the bed and barely covers the bed side to side. I would not buy again based on the odd sizing.

We ordered 3 beds and were told they'd…

We ordered 3 beds and were told they'd be delivered in early Sept. We heard nothing from Citizenry until we contacted them at the end of September. It is now mid October and the beds have still not been delivered. Throughout the process Citizenry was polite but offered no help in getting the order expedited or offering any compensation, and had no excuse for why they never reached out to tell us the order was so delayed. At all times we had to proactively contact them. We will never order from them again.

Only shipped item 1 month after ordering with no warning on the website or via email that this would be the case. I would take that into account before ordering.

The other two items from my order that…

The other two items from my order that were supposed to be in stock in early October and sent to me apparently got removed from my order even though I emailed and said that I still wanted to receive them. I already paid for those items, but if they got removed I should have received a refund. I have gotten no notification that I am getting any refund.

Don’t get me wrong

Don’t get me wrong, we love your products! But these orders need to be on time rather than delayed not once but twice! If they got to me on time, you would have five stars but if you can’t deliver on time, then you need to find another solution besides a minor gift card.

Quality is good

Quality is good, linen is soft and cozy. It did take over a month to receive the quilt and had quite a bit of confusion in the whole process, which was frustrating when it said it was in stock upon ordering.

Delayed shipping but everything is okay

After being concerned about the shipping delay which was longer than the original estimate, I was worried about what kind of quality I could expect; however, after several updates from the customer service rep Haryl R, who was helpful, honest, and professional throughout my ordeal, I’m more than satisfied with my experience. It also helps that the linen sheets I ordered are so soft and gorgeous.Big thanks to Haryl for turning a somewhat concerning experience into a positive one.

Every time I place and order it never…

Every time I place and order it never ships and then somehow goes on back order. Then once I ask to cancel it, it magically is being shipped out that week. Then you wait another week still no tracking. Then you email them back for the 11th time and somehow the tracking is available. Had the same experience both times I placed an order. Customer service is great. Fulfillment center not so much

Lindsay is the RUDEST of all the customer reps

Lindsay often writes the RUDEST responses and never offers a solution to their incompetent inventory struggles. Like how hard can it be, lol??? I’d love to see their refunds report. I bet it’s 60% of their revenue. Here’s a good one below...

Ordered rug in July, said it would ship early August, cancelled by Lindsay on 9/23.

Similar to other poor reviews

Similar to other poor reviews, order placed on September 6, item showed as in stock and ready to ship. Their website says shipping / arrival in 6-9 business days. It's 9/24 and nothing, my order shows as placed but no updates regarding fulfillment or shipping. Email replies are polite but don't provide any real information. I just told the I want to cancel the order. Next step is a chargeback, which I don't want to but will. I was already concerned but after reading about all of the issues, even more so.

Update / Add: I received a prompt, professional and helpful response to my email requesting that my order be cancelled due to whatever was causing the lengthy delay in fulfillment. My order was cancelled and I have received notification of the pending refund. I am happy with the resolution. Still wish I had received the linen quilt I ordered but it was my call to cancel so I appreciate their response.
