I chose AA as a which best buy
I chose AA as a which best buy. Had a recent accident ( not my fault) which the AA dealt with from my first call to them. A replacement was delivered next day and all repairs were done to a high standard. It was great to be able to call them on several occasions and be able to speak to a human being!

Good in place, confusing in other areas of the process.
The fact that I rang AA and was immediately talking to someone from what appears a separate company AAA. The company repairing my vehicle drove it to and from my home. Around 50 miles. Why not collect with a low loader? Never knew what time the collect and delivery would take place. So poor communication in my opinion!

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Very friendly staff who dealt with my accident claim in super quick time. My car was in for repair and courtesy car provided within 24 hours. Very professional service and highly recommended.

Excellent service
Had to make a claim with my an insurance, had great service from start to finish. From my car being collected to the courtesy car being delivered along with my car being returned and the courtesy car being collected. I was kept upto date every step of the way

Dealing with the AA
I had an accident which wasn't my fault. The operator answered quickly was very friendly and put me at ease. I was given clear instructions and explanation on what would happen. I was very impressed with the service.
