We are sorry to see your review based on our delivery time and that our resolution of complementary items and refunding your express shipping plus to compensate you for a delay in your delivery was not satisfactory to you. We advise that we did meet our commitment as per our freight advice on our site that all items offered for sale are in stock and orders received before 12pm are dispatched the same business day. Unfortunately due to a public holiday your order dispatch was delayed. We advise that we are currently reviewing how we can make it more clear to customers when ordering on our website that our warehouse is unable to dispatch on weekends and public holidays and orders placed on these days will be shipped the very next business day.
