I have no problem with the way my boiler service was delivered.
The engineer was very courteous and got on the job he took his time and did a good job.

Very simple process. Although boiler was working, an issue was identified and large part was replaced.
Workman was polite, friendly, efficient and Covid safe.

Needed my boiler serviced couldn't find any paperwork relating to the boiler cover only a phone number . Made one call within minutes it was all sorted my service was booked and the gas fitter that carried out the service was great .

The engineer that came was very helpful and very tidy. Good service.

Friday morning no heating only hot water,phoned the boiler company who arranged an engineer to call Monday morning, he arrived to check the boiler and told me a part was need and he will be back the next day to fix it,he called the next day with the part and fitted it...there was still a problem, the water was clicking on and off same with the heating,he told me he will call back the next day Wednesday hopefully with the right part,he didn't show until lpm because he told me he was waiting for for the part,seemingly the first part that he used was a left handed component and I need the right handed one...anyway whatever wa around it should have been its all up and running now and seems OK.i am just a bit peeved that I had to wait six days for the repair, the engineer was polite and tidy and I have no complaints about his work only the time it took,

The initial request for a service was a bit disappointing as I had to phone 3 times before an appointment was made. The service engineer was very efficient and he enjoyed my coffee

Engineer was excellent, covid safe no problem renewing contract with The boiler company and would recommend to anyone else who asks.

Mark arrived before 10 am after we were notified someone would come between 11am and 3.30pm. Sorted the problem in no time and then did a full service. Highly efficient and very helpful. Thanks so much.

Very pleased with service I received Should have been done last year but I missed my appointment with engineer due to me not picking up message my fault but the chap who came was pleasant and carried out the job efficiently arriving on time as well

The engineer who called to repair my boiler was excellent, he told me exactly what he was doing and showed me the faulty parts, he made sure that the boiler was working correctly and explained about the settings on the boiler, he left everywhere clean and tidy when he left. A good engineer and a good job

Rang the boiler company to book an annual boiler service, as usual got straight through, and a uk call centre, and was given a time and date for my approval. The engineer arrived on time and soon completed the service, where he then checked pressure at the metre which he discovered to be leaking, not only did he inform me, he also contacted the gas board for a replacement and then rang back later in the day to check all was fine.

Very pleasant engineer. Boiler is in the roof space so I have no idea what the situation is there as I don't venture there. However, there was no mess trailed anywhere through the bungalow and the job seemed to be done efficiently. No problems with the boiler efficiency so far as I can tell.
