This is the worst card I've ever dealt with, you're penalized for never missing a payment, but paid early smdh!! After 3 years of never missing.. The supervisor refused to come to the phone the workers are not qualified at all!! A bunch of cowards the worst card I've ever experienced, honestly!!!! Renee J

The lady who assisted me was phenomenal. Wow, wish I knew her name as she deserves praise and recognition. She made the phone experience a delight. I thought I was in for a long and dreary episode, and it turned out to be a great experience thanks to her! Kudos!

Was with them for years
Was with them for years. Had to beg for a credit limit increase. Had not had one in two years? Their own marketing campaign offers 1000 starting credit line. Mine was 1050. I got discover with 7500 starting limit. Several others with high limits, but continental finance? Oh no we can't do that. If your desperate. This is your kind of place. Bye. Closed the account. Was told I can come back anytime? Uh no

I played hell with your automated phone system disconnected on hold forever my credit card was compromised so I contacted lost or stolen they were very vague by the time I got through to you I spoke to the customer relations person who was very articulate understand my concerns and got everything taken care of in a timely matter and explained everything to me, praise her, give her a raise put her in charge of the department and train everybody how to be with a customer
